Було класно
Pros:

Перебування в отелі було вельми приємним. Ми не перший раз зупиняємось в Вашому отелі - нам дуже подобається, особливо персонал (дівчата на рецепції дуже чемні і професійні).
Однак вночі молодики влаштовували автоперегони перед готелем та оперним театром. а як же коменданська година???
Це ганебно, особливо під час війни. Який сором в часи тривог так поводиться одеська золота молодь. Що у керівництва міста та отелю, муніципальної поліції не має впливу на цих молодиків.

Cons:

нічний шум, якого можна уникнути.
Чому не повідомити поліцію про порушення громадського порядку??

Моя симфонія в Одесі лише від Моцарта!

Персонал ввічливий та уважний до проживаючих, смачні та різноманітні сніданки в ресторані готелю, мій топ - італійський ранок з кавою, інтерʼєр готелю чудовий, так само в ресторані на терасі можна робити фотосесію. У готеля є своя сувенірна продукція біля рецепції, я придбала собі брендовану парасольку

Як для готелю-є куди рухатися і розвиватися

Центр, розташовування
Текстиль пухнастий та білосніжний з маркуванням готелю, це мило

Cons:

Ніхто не попередив, що відбуватиметься захід поряд з готелем до пізнього вечора, заважала гучна музика

Pros:

The location next the Odesa Opera House makes Mozart the safest place to be notwithstanding the absolute convenience for going to the opera and ballet. Also Mozart has the best laundry service in Europe.

I will return
Pros:

Room location was overlooking the busy terrace and the usual bstle and noise but this was not a problem because curfew starts at 11 pm, and then everything is quiet. bonus was the view of the Opera House

Cons:

Nothing really. The receoption area could do with updating and made more customer friendly.The staff counter is too high, and at times it looks like nobody is working behind! But they sit lower than the counter!. All needs redesigning, and the furniture and seating needs a review
