I do not recommend this hotel.
Cons:

on 29.05.2027 we stayed overnight at the Geneva residence hotel I do not recommend this hotel because the staff was disgusting there was an old man who was standing at the reception as soon as we entered the hotel he started arguing with us then before we left the hotel at 10:50 he came and knocked on the door he kept knocking he opened the door with his service card and started chasing us

Le personnel explique bien le fonctionnement aucun problème. Le studio est plutôt propre.

Cons:

L'emplacement du studio au dessus des bars qui ne respectent pas les Horaires. Tapage nocturne au-delà de minuit 😔

Great location, very easily accessible

Cons:

Not friendly staff, the switched off our lights at 7.30am yet our check out time was 10am
There stench from the reception, the corridors are not ventilated and smell of cigarette smoke was choking.

Calling this 3 star is an insult to other 3 star accommodation.
Pros:

The team stop was close.

Cons:

Bites from bed. No atmosphere. Dirty floor. Felt unsafe in the environment - put a chair against the door as the lock didn’t work. Insecure garage. Uncomfortable bed, couch and table. dangerous placement for boiling kettle. Cannot rate the pillows low enough, worst I’ve ever experienced!

Cenevre ye ulaşım çok kolay, Cenevre cok pahalı olduğu için tercih ettik bu oteli

16.30 da girebiliyorsunuz içeri, neredeyse aksam vakti, yoldan gelen insanlar icin cok gec bir saat. 16.00 da tesisteydik, apartman girisi gibi bir yerde resepsiyon odasının dedikleri bir yerin önünde, asansörün dibinde yarim saat ayakta dikildik, resepsiyon gorevlisi icerideydi, panjurla kapalı bu odada oturuyordu, pajuru 16.30 da acacagini soyledi, ne oturacak bir yer vardı ne de ilgilenen kimse, diyalog da oldukca ters bir uslupla idi, oldukça eski bir bina, odalar kucuk ve eşyalar eski, fatura talebimizi defalarca tekrarladık ve 3 gün sonra nihayet gönderdiler

Location was good to get into Geneva

Cons:

The room stank of cigarettes stay clear of this hotel. Awful smell uncomfortable bed and dirty room. We just felt dirty after staying here.

Basic but ok for a couple of nights

Good location, next to tram and close to shops and other amenities

Cons:

Very basic for the price, only some cooking items, pillows quite hard and bulky. Corridors to apartment had strong smell to smoke, even though is not allowed in the building.
