Wie immer gut, die Lage der Zimmer war diesmal suboptimal
Pros:

Wir waren jetzt schon mehrmals im Drexel's. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Mitten im Städtchen Krumbach, das zudem auch sehr schön ist. Die Zimmer sind immer sauber und die Betten sind sehr bequem. das Personal ist ausnahmslos freundlich.

Cons:

Wir hatten Pech mit der Lage der Zimmer (1x EZ, 1xDZ). Sie lagen im ersten OG in der Nähe des Einganges des Hotels sowie am Parkplatz. Aufgrund rücksichtloser Gäste war an Schlaf fast gar nicht zu denken. Autotüren knallen und sich laut unterhalten vor der Eingangstür, weil offensichtlich das Kartenlesegerät nicht funktionierte war nach 23 Uhr wirklich nervig insbesondere, wenn man früh raus will. Zudem befindet sich am Haupteingang eine Bank, auf der die Angestellten sitzen und rauchen. Sollen sie tun, aber ich möchte nicht den Rauch in meinem Zimmer haben.
Zudem hatten wir zum ersten Mal ein Zimmer, bei dem das Waschbecken im Zimmer und nicht im Bad ist.... muss man mögen.

Blitzsauber undsehr zuvorkommend, gut für eine Übernachtung
Pros:

Zimmer blitzsauber, Frühstücksbüffet sehr versorgt, reichhaltig und überall alles absolut sauber, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr gute Matratzen, sauberes Badezimmer

Cons:

Obwohl wir ein Deluxe-Zimmer hatten, war die Ausstattung etwas rudimentär (nur ein Stuhl und ein Hocker, kein Kleiderschrank sondern nur eine Kleiderstange). Für den Preis hätte ich mehr als "basic" erwartet

A painful stopover after Legoland - come prepared
Pros:

Good location in the centre of town

Cons:

No staff on reception when we arrived - we had to help ourselves to our room key and then fill in a form with personal details (name, date of birth, address and passport details) which we were asked to leave on the reception desk, which is open for anyone to walk in and take.

There were no amenities in the room - one 500ml bottle of sparkling water for a family of 4 people, no kettle or coffee making facilities, no fridge. No option to purchase drinks or even water at the hotel - we asked in the 'in house' restaurant and they said they had nothing to do with the hotel and we couldn't take drinks back to our room.

The room wasn't clean - my children's bed was covered in sand when we arrived and I had to take off the sheets and shake them out so that my kids could sleep.

We didn't see any members of staff until we checked out, and even then the staff member on the desk was disinterested and abrupt.

Cons:

Im Zimmer fehlt etwas "Gemütlichkeit"; etwas zu viel freier Raum; Stein-Fußboden.
Meiner Frau war das Bett zu hart; für mich straff aber gut

Ich empfehle es gerne jedem weiter.
Pros:

Es war sauber. Das Personal war freundlich. Schneller Check-in und Check-out. Ruhige Umgebung.

Cons:

Es war etwas warm im Zimmer und es gab keinen Ventilator, aber ansonsten war alles super.

Kosmetikpapier fehlt. Fernseher ohne Adiojack-Interface (3,5 mm) für meinen Kopfhörerund ohne DVB-Untertitel. Nur Teletext-Untertitel ist vorhanden.
