Great Location, Good Hotel
Pros:

We will in Deauville for the Arqana Breeze Up sale, and this location was perfect for that. A very short walk to Arqana and to the racetrack. The hotel is lovely from the outside, and our room was nice, with a very good bathtub! The staff at the front desk was friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Although the room has air conditioning, it wasn't good at all. Thankfully we were able to open the windows and get a cool breeze, but in the summer it would not be acceptable. Room service food and breakfast were very mediocre. The elevator went out of service one day, but thankfully was fixed before we needed to go down (or up!) four flights. It's almost a great place...just needs a little more attention to detail, and especially to the food (it's France, after all!).

Comforable and charming stay
Pros:

Good facilities and friendly staff. The hotel was in a nice part of the city, though a good 15 minute walk from the station. Staff were excellent and very helpful throughout the stay. The room was immaculately clean and quite spacious. We booked the private spa for an hour and it was great - highly recommended. Breakfast was nice though I agree with others that it was a bit on the expensive side at 22 euros each. Our lounge room was on the ground floor next to the pool, room 105. A nice room with a spa bath, though a bit noisy as it's next to the pool, and at night you can hear the big fan outside along with quite a bit of road noise which the hotel can't control. It was great we had sunny days, though AC is centralised so depending on when you go, you might not be able to use AC during your stay. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
