Excel•lent comoditat i bona relació qualitat-preu
Pros:

El personal és molt atent i t'ajuda en tot el que pot. El servei de recepció és de 24h.

L'habitació triple on ens vam allotjar era grossa, moderna i espaiosa, i el lavabo també. Aquesta tenia nevera, la qual cosa va ser molt útil per refrescar les aigües.

La varietat dels serveis de l'hotel fa que l'estança allà sigui molt còmoda: l'esmorzar és de bufet lliure; la piscina (es pot fer servir després del check out) obre de 10:00 a 18:00 i té tombones, taules i servei de bar/restaurant, el qual a partir de les 18:00 es transforma en un Longe Club. A la primera planta, a més hi ha gimnàs i un SPA amb hammam (si la teva moneda és l'Euro, estan molt bé de preu els serveis que s'hi ofereixen).

Cons:

Cada dia havíem de recordar al personal de l'hotel que érem tres a l'habitació i ens faltava una tovallola. Hi havia dies que tot i l'avís no arribàvem a tenir-les.

De dijous a diumenge al Longe Club de la piscina posen música molt alta des de les 10 del vespre fins la 1am o més. Se sentia molt des de l'habitació (6a planta) i era força molest.

Nosaltres vam fer els àpats a l'hotel (restaurant L'Atelier o al bar/restaurant de la piscina) perquè als voltants no hi havia massa oferta de restaurants i els quatre que hi havia no eren "massa decents" (són "cafeteries barates").

Per anar a la Medina o a Cartago, etc. des de l'hotel cal cotxe o servei de taxi. Recomanem fer servir aplicacions com ara l'Indrive per demanar-los.

Com a proposta de millora, tenir servei de canvi de divisa a la mateixa recepció de l'hotel seria un punt molt bo, ja que els bancs dels voltants no oferien aquests servei i vam haver d'anar a la Medina per canviar els Euros.
