Je suis très déçu de mon séjour. L’accueil a été désagréable dès notre arrivée. L’annonce indiquait clairement que les transferts entre l’aéroport et l’hôtel étaient inclus dans le prix. Pourtant, le responsable nous a affirmé qu’ils étaient payants. Je lui ai montré la preuve sur ma réservation, mais il n’a rien voulu entendre et n’a fait aucun geste commercial.

Le service de restauration est également à revoir.

Dans l’ensemble, le service ne correspond pas aux prestations annoncées. Je m’attendais à un bien meilleur accueil et à un meilleur respect des services inclus dans la réservation. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel en raison de ce manque de professionnalisme et de la mauvaise gestion de la relation client.

I was treated like family member Emna who was the guest relationship manager looked after my dietary requirements and great help . Made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable.. such a lovely lady and good at heart.
I was allowed allowed by head Sami to prepare my own meals. Never had such amazing experience. Big thanks to Sami The Chef.for his generosity.
Hena who is a cook was so nice, helpfu and always smiling she cooked things for me, specially today she made mosli for me. It was absolutely delicious.
Amal and Amel at reception were also very polite and helpful, i can name a few more amazing staff. They were all so nice and made me feel like family member.
Was sad to leave them today for London.
I would come.again and again to Golden Tulip el Mechtel.
