lovely staff especially the Guest relationship Officer. Amost Everything was Good.
Pros:

Breakfast was a feast.
Location quite comfortable.
Room was more than comfortable.
Would recommend this hotel to my family and friends

Cons:

The bed was a little wonky- they changed it but gave it to the other bed in the room -
The beds needed more firmess and padding.
Also if a person was staying for 8 nights should not the basic water be given with the room?- We had to ask for it.
I could have done with an iron and a ironing board in the room

I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel management for their excellent service, starting from the reception, especially Ms. Amal and Mr. Hatem. I would also like to specifically mention Ms. Amna Dashrawi for her warm welcome and wish her continued success. Thank you to Chef Sami and the restaurant staff; the food and service were wonderful. everything was good except one issue for drinking water.

I would like to suggest that hotel should serve free water in the room. for drinking & coffee.

It is very disappointing that being muslim country dont serve drinking water.

I have traveled all over the world every hotel gives drinking water for free.

L’attention du personnel.

Cons:

L’état général de l’hotel, un peu vieux. La chambre initialement attribuée avait une odeur insupportable. Heureusement qu’ils ont accepté de m’en donner une autre. Le buffet du soir pas terrible et trop cher payer pour l’offre.
