Cons:

The room was very dated. There was used towels by the pool after it closed and first thing in the morning. There was someone else's belongings in the room.

Pros:

The staff was great, the room very nice and clean, breakfast was better than we expected.

Cons:

Check in is 4pm, however when we arrived we were told the room wasn't ready for about 5 minutes. 10 minutes later, we were told another 5 minutes. The delay caused me to miss acts at a concert.
The indoor pool was so cold my 3 year old grandson got out after about 15 minutes. The indoor pool was a big reason I chose this hotel because the weather can change in an instant. I noticed the air conditioner was hitting the water.

Wash mashine didnt work and lady from front desk come to help but she can not fix it and she try to call menager but no answer so really disapointed

Other than no coffee makers in the room our stay was excellent.
Pros:

The room and service was excellent as always.

Cons:

I was sorry to see that you're doing away with the coffee makers in the rooms. It makes it inconvenient when you want to have a cup of coffee.

Would return for anotger stay

Location and cleanliness

Cons:

Would have preferred to stay on side near parking lot. Opposite side had a lot of street noise & barking dogs at 6AM when dropped off at doggie daycare. Maybe next time.

Pros:

Staff, the kindness and caring we had just arrived from being on the road wet and tired we rode the auto train from Florida to Lorton Virginia rough night but we were late getting away from the train station it was raining thankfully the hotel was just a half hour away but we got soaked. Tired wet hungry from riding in on a motorcycle, staff did everything they could to accommodate us till check in they offered the laundry room they let us park under the overhang off to the side, offered coffee ECT. We got a bite to eat got back and our room was ready can't thank them enough for the amazing and wonderful customer service and him going the extra mile to do everything he could to help. We will be back to visit, not sure of his name it was an absolute wonderful black gentleman that checked us in on May 22,2026 about 3:00pm can't thank him enough for his warm hospitality. ❤️

Clean comfortable stay
Pros:

Clean, comfortable!, hot delicious breakfast, nice friendly staff, perfect pillows!

Cons:

Noisy loud doors in the morning. I woke up Sunday to constant doors slamming. The doors are extremely noisy when they close and for some reason Sunday morning it was constant

The location is close to patomac mills and many restaurants

Cons:

Too many homeless people are living in the woods just in front of the hotel , you have to be careful specially at night , they come from nowhere just in front of you asking for cigarettes or food and money .
Indoor swimming pool is not heated.
Breakfast is typically the same every day with a small variety of food , but it is OK.
