Amazing hotel, amazing people.

From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel at home. The service was flawless, the atmosphere was relaxed yet luxurious, and every detail was taken care of.

The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always happy to help with anything we needed.

Lovely hotel, great staff
Pros:

Really attentive staff. Nice break outside the city. Lovely pool and rooftop restaurant

Cons:

Location not that ideal for a short city break despite not being that far out due to traffic takes at least 30-45 mins to get into the city

If in Athens, I try to stay by the bays and beaches in Vouliagmeni & this hotel is one of the best
Pros:

This is a wonderful hotel. The sea views from the terrace, where breakfast and dinner are served, are superb. The staff are great too.

Not a 5 stars. The sleeping conditions are not comfortable at all.
Pros:

The interior design in the lobby

Cons:

The beds are extremely uncomfortable, the pillows very low quality. Is not a 5 star standard, the blackouts are see-through and the street light comes into the room the whole night. We couldn't rest or sleep at all. And payed almost 700 euros for a sleepless night.

Modern and comfortable hotel to relax in Vouliagmeni
Pros:

Bright and comfortable rooms, nice pool area, very friendly staff, location was good to walk to different restaurants/bars and the beach

Cons:

Street between pool area and the ocean, but it was not too bad (just a car passed from time to time)

Unser Aufenthalt an der griechischen Riviera war einfach hervorragend. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal – Athen ist schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar, sodass sich sowohl entspannte Strandtage als auch Ausflüge in die Stadt perfekt kombinieren lassen.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Hotelpersonal, das in jeder Hinsicht eine glatte 10 verdient. Alle Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und stets bemüht, den Gästen jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Man fühlte sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens betreut.

Auch die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel war vorbildlich. Die Zimmer sowie die öffentlichen Bereiche waren stets makellos gepflegt, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat.

Das Frühstück war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Auswahl war vielfältig, frisch und liebevoll präsentiert. Die Gastfreundschaft des Hauses spürte man jeden Morgen aufs Neue.

Insgesamt vergeben wir für Personal, Sauberkeit, Lage und Frühstück jeweils eine klare 10 von 10 Punkten. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder besuchen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Nicht ganz überzeugt hat uns, dass die Außenbereiche trotz schönen Sonnenscheins nicht entsprechend vorbereitet waren. Die Terrasse war leider nicht mit Sitzpolstern ausgestattet, sodass man erst nachfragen musste, wenn man draußen Platz nehmen wollte. Das hat den sonst sehr positiven Gesamteindruck etwas geschmälert.

Enttäuschend war zudem, dass der Rooftop-Bereich geschlossen war, obwohl dieser laut Information bereits ab April geöffnet sein sollte. Gerade bei gutem Wetter hätten wir diesen Bereich sehr gerne genutzt.
