A noisy and bustling hotel for large groups; not the place for a quiet and peaceful holiday
Pros:

The hotel’s convenient location. The breakfast area was on the ground floor in the bar, with a couple of tables right in the way in the lobby, which was very inconvenient.

Cons:

I have been staying at this hotel for four years, once or twice a month, and have watched the standard of service here deteriorate right before my eyes. These days, the hotel caters mainly to groups of sportspeople; it’s always as noisy as a railway station, and the new reception staff are untidy and unprofessional. The bed linen has long been in need of replacing; the pillows, in particular, are very uncomfortable, and the mattress covers are like those found in a care home, with leak-proof protection. Furthermore, the quality of the food in the restaurant deteriorated about a year ago, probably because the hotel changed its head chef. I do not recommend this hotel to individual travellers.

Ne vaut pas un hôtel 4 étoiles

Cons:

Chambre avec de la moquette (bonjour les allergies) trop sombre, manque de luminosité!!! Les savons ne sont pas remplacés tous les jours, quand il n'y en a plus...
Chambre au premier étage, quand on ouvre la fenêtre on entend les gens à l'extérieur et ils fument, l'odeur de cigarette rentre dans la chambre, on devrait interdire de fumer à cet endroit!
Le bruit à l'intérieur, aucune insonorisation; on se demande si le voisin est dans la chambre car on l'entend parler et prendre sa douche, j'étais dans une chambre "communicante", porte bloquée par le mini-bar; je pense que c'est à cause de ça qu'on entendait si fort, c'était très désagréable.
Je n'ai pas aimé les oreillers, pour un lit double, il y a 2 couettes d'une personne, pas pratique du tout...
De plus, l'hôtel n'est pas pratique si vous êtes à pied, j'ai profité de Bolt/Uber à chaque fois mais il faut encore dépenser de l'argent et pas de superettes aux alentours...
Salle de bain vieillotte, fissure dans le carrelage, joints jaunis. La douche fermait mal puis le sol était inondé :( Je n'ai pas aimé l'odeur des serviettes usées avec des tâches...
