Pros:

Le personnel est très aimable et disponible. Le parking est un vrai plus. Les animaux sont les bienvenus et en plus gratuitement, ce qui est très rare.

Fijn hotel om Lourdes te bezoeken.
Pros:

Ontbijt prima. We waren wat laat, maar onze tafel stond klaar met een croissantje. Heel leuk. We konden verder van het buffet gebruik maken.
Locatie goed om bezienswaardigheden lopend te doen. Parkeergarage heel fijn.

Emplacement,proche du centre de Lourdes et parking gratuit à 100 mètres de l'hôtel !

Excelente hotel... Las instalaciones, el personal, la atención... Todo perfecto!!! Es nuestra cuarta vez en Lourdes y, sin duda alguna éste hotel ha sido el mejor... Repetiremos...!!
100% recomendable!!

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó, y esto es ajeno al hotel, fueron los grupos de niños incontrolables, los monitores tomando café en el bar y los niños solos en las habitaciones (niños entre 10 y 14 años)

Struttura molto acogliente con personale veramente molto gentile e disponibile, parcheggio comodo che ti permette di lascare la macchina e non avere pensieri. Dista veramente a pochi km dal santuario ed è rgiungibile a piedi. ossibilità di mangiare in struttura la sera ad orari cmodi per poter poi partecipare alla fiaccolata.
