Bon séjour dans l'ensemble. Personnel très accueillant et agréable.
Pros:

Bon rapport qualité /prix. Hôtel très bien placé par rapport au centre de Rouen, mais la salle de bains pour 3 adultes est un peu exigüe...et, dans ces moments de canicule, il manquait au moins un ventilateur en absence de clim dans l'hôtel.

Cons:

le manque de clim ou de rafraîchisseur.

Trés bon emplacement . Calme.propre.
Bon petit déjeuner.
Chambres avec vue sur la Cathedrale.
Bien pour 1/2 nuits

Cons:

Manque la clim.
Réception/salle petit déjeuner dans 2 immeubles differents.
Salle de bain/Wc ...un peu à l'étroit

personeel was super vriendelijk, stonden altijd klaar om te helpen.

veel slechtere kwaliteit van de kamers dan de foto´s doen blijken. kapotte muren, schimmel aan de muren.

清潔さに欠けていて残念。
Pros:

ノートルダム大聖堂が目の前に見えるのが良かった！
エアコンは無いけど、扇風機を置いてくださったので熱波もなんとか乗り越えられました。

Cons:

机や床の掃除ができていない。ベットの下には過去に泊まられた方の何か赤い布のようなものが落ちていてとても不快だった。脱衣所の床も少しぬるっとしていて不快でした。

Pros:

La sympathie des gérants de l’hôtel, le lit confortable, la propreté de la chambre et de la salle de bain.

Cons:

La taille de la chambre, mais on ne peut pas pousser les murs !

Good shower, man on reception was polite

Cons:

Room was very hot, no air conditioning, no fan, very hot and humid, open windows did not help, had very bad sleep. Should not be charging full price when there is a heatwave outside. It was over 35 degrees the whole night. I couldnt even have sex with my wife

Le personnel très sympathique

Cons:

L’odeur dans la chambre, la propreté de la salle de bain, la cuvette cassée mais réparé avec de la colle. La porte de la douche qui fonctionne bien que mal. Le prix de mon chien alors que rien n’est fait pour l’accueillir, même pas une camelle
