Central beliggenhed i en spændende by.

Cons:

Manglede elevator og aircondition. Der kunne med fordel have været oplyst, at p-kælderen ved Catedralen lå som nabo til hotellet.

Très bon emplacement pour découvrir la ville
Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter la ville, le personnel aimable. La vue sur la cathédrale depuis la chambre que nous occupions est magnifique. Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Cons:

Attention, il n'y a pas la clim. Mais les murs sont épais, notre chambre était au nord, et malgré les premières journées de canicule, nous y avons très bien dormi.
Pas d'ascenseur non plus, ce qui peut déranger certains mais n'était pas un problème pour nous.

Pros:

Nous avons apprécié ce petit hôtel en plein centre de Rouen. À quelques minutes à pied du parking de la cathédrale.
Buffet pour le petit déjeuner bien garni.

Se não priorizar conforto, é ok
Pros:

Apenas localização boa, muito próxima à Catedral de Notre Dame.

Cons:

Banheiro extremamente pequeno, a ponto de deixar a estadia desconfortável.
Pessoas grandes ficam com dificuldade de usar o vaso sanitário, pois se batem na pia, espaço curto.

Para conseguir entrar/sair de dentro do box, precisava abrir a porta do banheiro e colocar o corpo para fora do banheiro para que a porta do box se fechasse.
Bem desconfortável.
Se você estiver viajando sozinho, até dá para encarar. Com companhia, já não recomendo.

Barulho até de madrugada nas praças que ficam em frente e ao lado. Fechar as janelas ajuda a abafar o som, porém no verão, sem ar condicionado ou ventilador, fica bem abafado e quente (ps: a onda de calor já havia passado quando nos hospedamos)

L'absence d'escalier (pensez à demander à être au premier si vous êtes chargés)
L'absence de ventilation, surtout en période estivale. La fenêtre ne s'ouvrait pas. Impossible d'aérer la pièce.
