Great place to stay
Pros:

The hotel was a great place to stay. Initially we had a room with no balcony for the three of us which felt a little cramped but we were moved to a lovely room with two balconies and it was a very good size. The food was really good best I had had in all inclusive. The staff were amazing so helpful and friendly.

Cons:

This is definitely not a complaint but having my own pool it needed some flicante to take away the green algae which started to turn the pool after a few days but not a complaint. The pool area was nice.also hairdryers are limited so if room in your case take one. No complaints though I really would recommend.

Pros:

Se bloquea la puerta toda la tarde molestando pare arreglar la puerta ,al final ne ofrece un cuarto doble cuando nosotros pagamos por uno triple sin balcón y un bano muy chico comida repetida siempre y más barata en Tigo incluido el bar abierto hasta la 10 de la noche

Pros:

Las vistas del hotel porque nos tocó la planta numero 11, a destacar la atención de la recepcionista que era muy agradable.

Cons:

La calidad de la comida dejaba bastante que desear, no entraba todo el alcohol, el coctel no te dejaban tomar otro que no sea el del dia ( teniendo todo incluido), el snack bar era pésimo tambien, los cameros de la piscina, sin comentarios… no es un hotel para gente joven, habia muchisima gente mayor, la piscina estaba verde y sucia y no se limpiaba. En resumen mala comida, el todo incluido no merece nada la pena y ambiente mas bien para gente mayor. Mala calidad de servicio del bar, no lo recomiendo.

Location was great, staff were incredible and so friendly and helpful and very attentive

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like, perhaps the dining room and common areas could do with an update and the lifts were too small for such a large hotel but none of this spoiled our stay

Pros:

Le personnel de l’accueil était très gentil. Ils ont respecté nos choix par rapport à la chambre.
L’hôtel est bien situé : pas loin de la plage et de quelques commerces ainsi que de restaurants et bars

Cons:

La literie laisse à désirer… Elle n’était pas du tout confortable.
Nous aurions aimé avoir des serviettes pour la piscine.
Nous aurions aimé plus de choses sucrées au niveau du petit déjeuner ( vrai croissant, pain au chocolat, pâte à tartiner…) Par contre, le côté salé était très bien.
