Mount Stuart Hotel

The shower doors were detached from the sliders, there was mould and cracks on the ceiling, little to no ventilation.

Personally would have preferred tea making facilities in the room

Need more moderation, change carpets Perhaps-old fassion

En la habitación se escucha cualquier mínimo ruido de fuera y de las habitaciones contiguas. Encontré 1 pendiente dentro de la cama y 2 en el suelo. Había reservado una habitación con cama de matrimonio y nos dieron una con 3 camas individuales.

Room smelled quite damp & weren't notified the spa/hot tub was out of action...in fact the did not respond to either of our messages sent via Booking asking about leaving the car before check in, or about the spa. Heating was on full whack with no obvious way to turn it down.

Staff were not very apparent, room smelled of damp, bathroom extractor fan clattering, and smelled of poo in the bathroom quilt cover dirty, cushions were mould stained. No bed side lights

Sat on bed was creaky and can’t comment on anything else

This hotel is the worst hotel ive ever stayed in unable to gain entry when arrived as front door locked no staff at reception had to be let 8n by another guest had to wait till someone bothered to turn up and check us in very bad no greeting at all on arrival no mention that we had to pay extra to park a van doesnt say this on booking .com despite managmebt saying it does room not great mold in bathroom and stains on floor and ceiling tv remote wouldnt work propperly tapped together damage to door dont get me started on the pittifull breakfast no cooked options just toast cerial and bit ham abd cheese, terrible i had to go buy breakfast elsewhere no greeting from staff at all miss comunication staff disapeared all night no one at reception at all place was like a ghost town no atsmophere what so ever no tea coffee facilities in room this hotel is terrible avoid this place at all cost

This is a old property with lots of history it has been altered to make it into a hotel, Door into room was sticking up the top making it hard to push open, really hard to find faults.
