Shit
Pros:

Nothing especially the piss stain on the bed.

Cons:

I booked this room for wife, arrive at 9PM whisch i imformed hotel, on arrival could not get into hotel, after banging on door another residant came to open door, keys left at reception, when entering room there were no facilities to a hot drink, the bed had stains on, after a phone call from my wife who had just driven 4 hours to get there after a long day, I booked her into another local hotel, I have made contact with hotel and book.com, 48 hours later no reply which is not satisfactorty, until i get a positive response from either hotel or booking.com I will never use this service again, which i have used a lot during the summer months over the past 5 years, looks like my business will be going to Premier inn in the future.

Pros:

We loved the location, close to everything and the staff was kind. The price was good.

Cons:

We couldn't contact the hotel for hours!
The carpet needs a proper deep cleaning, thick dust on bedside table, squeaking doors, hot water tap didn't work on our bathroom sink.
After a refurbishment it could be a superb place to stay.
