Would stay here again
Pros:

The staff was exceptionally helpful and patient! The beds were comfortable, the view was to die for, left the blinds rolled up at night to look at the view!

Cons:

The tub was a struggle to get into because of the width of the front of the tub. Housekeeping is not every day but they did accommodate that issue.

It did the trick, I wouldn’t likely book again.
Pros:

Proximity to Soldier Field. The room wasn’t spacious and had a clean, modern appearance.

Cons:

Getting from ramp to hotel was confusing due to incorrect signage. We arrived at 4:00pm and our room wasn’t ready. Building staff and hotel staff upon checkin weren’t overly friendly. Breakfast choices were not particularly plentiful.

Pros:

L'hôtel étant au 40ème étage, la vue est fabuleuse !
Chambre avec des grandes baies vitrées.
Grande salle de bain avec WC séparés.
Le personnel est très disponible et accueillant.
Sur la ligne directe de l'aéroport O'Hare (faut compter une toute petite heure pour y arriver) et tout près de l'arrêt des trains du Loop.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner n'est vraiment pas au standard de l'hôtel. Industriel, tout pré-emballé (sauf les pommes !)
Pas d'oeufs, pas de bacon par exemple.
Nous n'entendons pas le bruit de l'extérieur mais celui de l'intérieur (gens qui passent dans le couloir) car il y a un espace sous les portes.

I love the room the most & how clean it was omg I almost didn’t wanna leave the room because of how beautiful the view was ☺️🫶🏽

Cons:

Some eggs and sausage would’ve been great though for complimentary breakfast they just had cold stuff but it was really nice of them to atleast try☺️

The room was nice and it would have been a good view if it wasn't foggy.

Cons:

It was listed as having a pool the main reason we picked this hotel but it's closed all weekend so we couldn't use it even once. And very poor directions for finding it.
