Pros:

Daug vietos parkuoti automobilį, nelabai toli nuo senamiesčio ir paplūdimių, butas erdvus, didelis balkonas. Yra viskas, kaip aprašyta, tik už feną ir paplūdimio rankšluosčius reikia palikti užstatą. Personalas labai paslaugus.

Pros:

The staff were exceptional. Very helpful, pleasant and easy to deal with. The pool side bar was great. The food in the restaurant was excellent although limited and not kid friendly. The room was spacious, well maintained and well provisioned. The location allows for easy access to Lagos with the benefit of being in a quieter area.

Cons:

The pillows in my room were poor quality and there weren't enough of them. This made quality of sleep poor. The final two night a family moved into the room next to us and while they weren't doing anything particularly noisy they were up late and I could hear everything they said. Sound proofing could be better. The pool bar while great closes a bit early for my taste. 8pm would be better.

Cons:

1) Garden‑level room & balcony door issue
Our room was located on the garden level (GF), and the balcony door was not locking. Despite several requests, it took two days before someone came to fix it. This caused significant discomfort, especially since my son was sleeping in the room and did not feel safe.

2) Non‑functional room phone
The telephone in our room, which is needed to contact reception, was not working throughout our stay.

3) Towel policy
Towels were only changed every 3–4 days. If guests need additional towels, they are required to pay a deposit, which is not ideal for families staying multiple days.

4) Restriction on outside food
The staff did not allow us to bring our own food from outside and eat on the terrace near the pool, even though the area was completely empty at the time. Instead of suggesting that we sit a bit farther away or propose a more suitable spot such as near the pool table, they instructed all 3 families (we had three rooms) to take our food and eat inside our rooms. This was handled poorly and without any flexibility.

Pros:

La atención del personal en general. La amplitud del apartamento y todo su equipamiento. El entorno está lleno de vegetación y la calma.

Cons:

La ducha que no sé podia colgar para ducharte y el mando del grifo que era un palo muy largo y fino como te de en un ojo te deja ciego. El WC es super alto y conste que mido 1'67 de altura.

Parkplatz vor Unterkunft, Geräumiges Zimmer

Cons:

Wir haben 4 Nächte gebucht, und haben kein einziges mal frische Handtücher bekommen. Auch nicht auf Nachfrage. Das Personal war nach der zweiten Anfrage äußerst Herablassend und insgesamt unfreundlich. Die Brötchen zum Frühstück waren alt um fast zu sagen nicht genießbar.

Una pasada el alojamiento.. pero cuidado con la gestión de reservas
Pros:

La casa y las piscinas estaban súper bien.
La chica de recepción es resolutiva y agradable.

Cons:

Que al llegar a recepción nos dijeran que no se reflejaba en la reserva que veníamos con niños(lo cual en la mia se reflejaba perfectamente)esto causó que tardarán una hora y media en entregarnos la habitación, por que llegamos a las 7 de la tarde y ya el servicio de limpieza había terminado nos tuvo que montar las camas la chica de recepción ( que lo hizo muy bien) pero es verdad que veníamos del coche con los niños y estábamos deseando llegar y tener este inconveniente nos chocó

Great location, awesome & spacious rooms, beautiful hotel
Pros:

It was a good location to the town centre, we had a car so it was a very short drive in. The hotel had ample parking and we always got a park right outside our building. The pools had heaps of sunbeds which was good. Rooms were very spacious, and had great facilities! Washing machine is a plus. Reception was very lovely, and she spent the time to give us recommendations around Lagos.

Cons:

Both double beds only came with two small pillows (plus two decorative pillows). It would have been good if we had four standard pillows (e.g., 2 pillows per person).
