Toller Service, gutes Essen aber etwas liebloseZimmer
Pros:

Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich. Gerade im Restaurant haben wir uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Qualität des Essens hat uns sehr zufrieden gestellt. Wir hatten eine Halbpension, weswegen wir jeden Abend aus einem frei Gänge Menü auswählen konnten. Das war abwechslungsreich und qualitativ sehr gut.
Der Bereich an einem der Pools war sehr einladend und man konnte dort gut entspannen und lesen.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung unseres Apartments und die Ausstattung. Als wir angekommen sind, waren wir enttäuscht, dass es sehr lieblos eingerichtet ist. Es gibt das nötigste, hat allerdings keinerlei Charme. Man kommt in den Raum rein und es fehlt jegliche Persönlichkeit. Die einzige Deko ware drei kleine Bilder. Auch die Möbel auf dem Balkon waren spärlich. Campingstühle und ein Tisch aus Plastik. Insgesamt war man immer froh, wenn man aus dem Apartment raus gekommen ist. Hier kann das Management sich deutlich verbessern.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht ganz auf die steigende Gästezahl ausgelegt. Leider waren oftmals Teller aus oder Lebensmittel nicht mehr nachgefüllt worden.

Lovely hotel with fantastic amenities.
Pros:

The room was fantastic, around a 20 minute walk from the town centre. The room itself was clean and tidy and relatively quiet. There was a hob, microwave, and oven for our self-catering amenities and we felt very comfortable. The option for 2 separate pools was also lovely!

Cons:

Reception staff were a little rude. When my friend asked about booking a shuttle taxi to the airport, they were very stand-offish and unhelpful. However, the pool and waiting staff were lovely! The pool was a little cool, but this could have been due to the time of year. The balcony was lovely but due to the location of the building, it was in the shade.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war außerordentlich zuvorkommend und überaus hilfsbereit.
Beispiel: wir riefen 10 Tage vorher an, ob wir ein Paket schicken dürfen und das Hotel dieses bis zu unserer Ankunft aufbewahrt - dies wurde sehr freundlich bejaht, was uns sehr erleichtert hat, im wahrsten Sinn des Wortes, denn wir hatten auf dem Fischerweg zu viel Gepäck dabei.
10 Pluspunkte an das Hotel für dieses Entgegenkommen!!!!
Es ist sehr ruhig in der gesamten Anlage!
Alles war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Beim Frühstücksbuffet war das Personal während unseres Aufenthaltes knapp besetzt und daher waren öfter mal Teller aus bzw. kam die Frühstückscrew kaum mit dem Auffüllen der Speisen nach.
Die Auswahl war jedoch in Ordnung!

Pros:

Gostei da localização do apartamento e do apartamento.

Cons:

Não foi realizado serviço de limpeza durante a estadia nem qualquer troca de toalhas, mesmo com o pedido "arrumar quarto". Não havia nenhuma manta no quarto, as noites estavam frescas. As almofadas pedem troca urgente, quase vazias e nada confortáveis.

Ich bin mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden gewesen !!
Pros:

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Zimmer modern und ordentlich eingerichtet. Sehr gutes Frühstück und sicheres Gefühl in der Anlage ( obwohl die offen ist ).
