Pros:

Eigentlich nur die Lage.

Cons:

Ausstattung der Zimmer - einfachste Metallbetten. Defekter Spiegel im Badezimmer. Betten teilweise bezogen, teilweise nicht. Dafür absolut überteuert.

Schlicht und einfach
Pros:

Schneller Checkin. Schlicht eingerichtete Zimmer und für ein/zwei Nächte ausreichend. Nähe zur Uber Arena.

Cons:

Ohne Klimaanlage, bei 40 Grad, kaum auszuhalten.
Bitte die Duscharmatur befestigen.

In general it was okay but I still insist for A&O to consider my points mentioned.
Pros:

The location definitely; it is near Ostkreuz train station, clean.

Cons:

Barely slept because of the heat. Yes I understand in Germany AC aren’t around much but I think in hostels it is indispensable for AC to be used.
Also I expected to be in a female only bedroom as I had been told but instead I was in a mixed bedroom which made me uncomfortable but mostly because I expected honesty. If it weren’t female only, you could have just said so. Be specific with naming of rooms.

Pros:

Das Hostel ist sehr zentral in Fhain gelegen und das Personal ist freundlich. Auch die Hostelgäste waren locker und umgänglich.

Cons:

Die Zimmer zur Sonnenseite heizen sich zum Sommer hin unglaublich auf, sodass an eine ruhige Nacht kaum zu denken ist. Leider ließ sich zudem nur eines der drei Fenster öffnen.

Die tägliche Reinigung der Zimmer könnte durchaus gründlicher erfolgen.

Die Lage im Kiez Friedrichshain. Die Möglichkeit, Einzelzimmer zu buchen.

Cons:

Betten ungemütlich, laute Umgebung im Gebäude, Personal unfreundlich - würde diese Unterkunft nicht wieder buchen!

Great hostel in good location
Pros:

Pretty decent hostel, good for short term stay. The communal areas were good and well maintained. Happy to be able to use laundry. Very clean as well. Good transport links with train station just around the corner.

Cons:

Unfortunately the elevator was out of action during stay. Seemed to be a massive school group/ trip staying at same time which is fine, but might be worth informing guests of similar in future.

Pros:

Self check it war supa einfach und ging sehr schnell

Cons:

Es gab keine Klimaanlage, dementsprechend supa war. Die Betten waren sehr unbequem und in meinem Zimmer war ein Schließfach kaputt. Preis Leistung nicht wirklich gut

Para algunas noches está bien. No recomiendo largas estadías.
Pros:

El desayuno está bueno y es variado pero un poco alto en precio... Tienen yogurt, cereales, pan, manzanas, huevos duros, jugos, café. Hay lockers con ruedas debajo de las camas pero no todas tienen. De 8 camas, solo 4 tenían y tenés que llevar tu propio candado.

Cons:

La cocina es pequeña y siempre está sucia. La gente no lava sus cosas pero el personal tampoco va a chequear el estado de la cocina... El baño de la habitación no lo limpian todos los días y avise los últimos 3 días de mí estancia que no había jabón ni en la ducha ni en el lavamanos. Los 3 días me dijeron que iban a llevar. No llevaron. El café del desayuno era de máquina instantánea por ende no era tan rico...

Pros:

The hotel is well located, near the train station and the East Side Gallery.
Breakfast was adequate. Parking was available and reasonably priced.
The receptionist was excellent. We had a problem with the shower, and she changed our room and gave us free breakfast.

Cons:

The quality of the hotel/hostel was very mediocre. The cleanliness was poor. The showers were clogged. We had to change rooms because we couldn't shower. The rooms were somewhat dirty. There was no ventilation, not even a fan in the rooms. There was a lot of noise from the guests outside until late at night, and the staff did nothing. The photos are much better than reality. Very expensive for what it is.

Kiedy pojawiliśmy się w hostelu, obsługa przez 40 minut nie znalazła czasu żeby się nami zajęć. Potem, po sprawdzeniu naszej rezerwacji dokonanej 2 miesiące wcześniej, okazało się że naszych póki nie i nie mamy gdzie spać. zaproponowano nam alternatywny nocleg na drugim końcu berlina. drugiego dnia przyszedł mail o tym, że nas obciążą za niestawienie się w obiekcie. Dramat. nie polecam.
