Pros:

The location was perfect. Very family friendly. The breakfast buffet offers local cuisine and I loved it.

Cons:

The pool check-in staff was very strict. I understand that they have to manage it that way, but they could say it with a nicer manner.

Pros:

식사 숙소 수영장 다 좋았습니다. 수영장옆 선베드는 자리잡기가 힘들어서 4박중 한번 개장 20분전에 가서 잡았습니다. 그점이외는 괜찮았습니다.

Very nice hotel on the coast line + amazing swiming pool

Cons:

Whilst evening buffet was great there were limited other options to eat. The à la carte menu was small and the same for the restaurant and room service. For a five star hotel I would have expected an alternative restaurant.

Terrific location, wonderful staff, lovely rooms.
Pros:

We stayed there for a week, much of which for me was work but it was a delight to stay here and get a breather from conference work. The staff were outstanding, the location is simply lovely, and the room(s) very comfortable. Because we extended our stay we had 2 different rooms, both of which were really nicely appointed with comfortable beds, balconies, and terrific views. We will be going back.

Cons:

Nothing to report on what could be better. The dining area is a little open and therefore noisy when there are lots of people around, but the food is good and again the staff are lovely.

Jeju family vacay
Pros:

The rooms were very nice with lots of natural light. The location of the hotel is close to many attractions.

Cons:

The hotel F&B options. For the size of the hotel I think it didn't offer a casual dining option. We went for coffee most days at the cafe just outside the hotel.
