Good for families of groups, lacked a bit of life for a couple.
Pros:

Facilities (amazing estuary pool) and breakfast! Access to a lovely beach, and path to olle trail.

Cons:

Balcony did not look like it belonged to a 5* property, was rusty and needed a paint. Going through the bathrooms to get to the pools was slightly inconvenient, if you just wanted to chill out by the pool and not swim. Dinner options somewhat limited to a buffet or bar/poolside food, would have been nice to have a Korean restaurant onsite. Cafe extremely overpriced, and not many options within a 10 min walk given the amount of cafes in Jeju!

Fijn hotel om even tot jezelf te komen.
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, luxe inrichting, ligging direct bij het strand met prachtig uitzicht en mooi zwembad. Ontbijtbuffet was voortreffelijk.

Cons:

De badkamer. Luxe kamers hebben toch een douche in het bad met lastige instap. Dat is niet meer van deze tijd. Kitvoegen slecht/zwart uitgeslagen. Belachelijk korte stang voor regendouche kop, waardoor je niet onder de straal kunt staan.

Pros:

We didn't stay here as the flights to Jeju were cancelled on the day. The hotel didn't charge us for a late cancellation. Very easy to work with and they were very helpful.

A great stay!
Pros:

Very modern, attractive and comfortable. Great pool and spa facilities. Lots of nice places to sit down and enjoy the views.

Beds were comfy and bathroom was spacious.

Cons:

While the hotel wasn’t particularly crowded and we never had, I have to wonder if 2 are enough to service 11 floors when the hotel is full.

Les autres membres du personnel, car pas très attentionnés, ne faisant pas beaucoup d’efforts pour les étrangers, pas de souplesse, le parquet des chambres etait abimé et réparé avec des rustines

Uitstekend verblijf in mooi gelegen en modern hotel.
Pros:

Ruime, moderne kamers. Prachtige ligging aan zee. Verwarmde zwembaden.

Cons:

Weinig. Je ziet her en der dat onderhoud nodig is, waar het hotel overigens mee bezig is. Het eten is wel erg duur, zeker de buffetprijzen incl kinderen zijn simpelweg te hoog.
