No hot water. Can’t shower, phone not in the room not working
It was a free breakfast so you get what you pay for. It was cold and there were few options, but on the whole it was decent enough we didn't need to stop for lunch.
There was no hot water. It seemed like it was a problem they were working on.

The room was very humid. There were puddles of water in the lobby every time we walked through it. There was no soap in the lobby bathroom. The pool was gross. The toilet in our room barely flushed. This whole stay was very disappointing.
Our room was very nicely maintained and cleaned with attention to detail. The bed was styled with the pillows stacked making it look very inviting and comfortable. A special thank you to Shalona Thomas that was appointed to our room “Great Job!” It was much appreciated.

Good location. Staff were very pleasant. We enjoyed the breakfast and breakfast area.
The overall property was nice. Our room needed some attention. The dresser/desk was real warn down looking. The shelves in the bathroom, underneath the counter were dirty/dusty. It was obvious it had not been wiped down good in a long time. The room was damp feeling. The thermostat on the wall didn’t actually control the AC unit. Something wasn’t completely right there.
We booked a suite because we were going to be there for 4 days. The room looked like it was decorated in the 70’s and never updated. There is a “desk” in the middle of the room which blocks up the space. There are no dressers. There is a cabinet with sliding trays in it but the door hits the a/c unit so they can’t slide out. The drain plugs in both the sink and tub are broken. When we used the extra sink by the refrigerator, the water poured all over the floor as the drain wasn’t hooked up correctly. We found out the only cleaned the room every other day so we had to go get towels as ours were used to mop up the floor from the leaking sink. The second day, they didn’t clean the room, later lied and said they did. The third day, they finally cleaned the room and emptied the trash but still didn’t replace the towels. Again we were told that housekeeping had left and we would have to go down to the front desk and pick up ourselves. The breakfast food is mediocre and the coffee and hot water for tea are only available in the morning. The hot water for our afternoon tea was room temp.
I not only don’t recommend this place but if you think it is a good price, run the other way.
Property was good, people were excellent, location is clean and easy to access. software was down so there was a delay. My payment from Booking did not feed over so I was charged twice for the room. Booking had not refunded my cost,

I need to give a special shout out to Jamal - the morning desk staff guy. He had helped me the week before with a cancellation due to change in our last minute plans. He went above and beyond and was so friendly, quiet and professional. I really wanted to meet him to thank him in person so I was glad he checked us out that morning. His bright smile and thanks made my day! Super customer service -- thank you again, Jamal!
