Perfect
Pros:

Everything about the hotel was absolutely excellent. The facilities, the service, and the overall experience were fantastic.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience at the kids' club was deeply disappointing due to a staff member named Tiffany (not Stephanie).
My wife and 5-year-old daughter do not speak English. Due to a language barrier, they didn't understand the rule that a child cannot get both a hand painting and a face painting. After getting a small painting on her hand, my daughter innocently waited in line to get her face painted. Instead of handling the misunderstanding gently, Tiffany behaved incredibly rudely and harshly, causing a 5-year-old little girl to burst into tears just because of a language barrier! It is unacceptable that someone with such a lack of patience and empathy is allowed to work with young children. When I went to speak with her, she continued to be extremely rude.
The situation was only resolved after I spoke with the guest relations manager. Following that, Stephanie from the kids' club stepped in, came over, and beautifully did the face painting for my daughter, completely saving the day.
This entire stressful situation could have been easily avoided. Tiffany chose to turn a simple misunderstanding into a conflict with a 5-year-old child instead of just being kind and fixing it. A huge thank you to Stephanie and the management for fixing it, but Tiffany's behavior was a disgrace to an otherwise perfect hotel.

הבריכות נעימות. סביבתן נקייה.
מועדון הילדים טוב ויש בו מתקנים טובים לילדים.
ארוחת הבוקר טובה.

החדרים מעט קטנים, מעט מיושנים וסביבת חדר הרחצה לא נוחה. הם צריכים ריענון.
המלון טיפה מרוחק מהמרכז.

Cons:

Room for a family of 4 was tight spaced . Not enough room to keep the luggage and wet pool clothes , kids toys etc . Kids sofa fold out bed wasn’t very comfortable either
