Prado müzesi, Reina sophia müzesi Retiro park, Atocha yürüme mesafesinde. Çok sık otobüs ve metro var. Toplu taşımaya 2-5 dk yürüme mesafesinde.
4 yıldız bir otelden beklentilerin çok altında bir tasarım ve olanak var.

Ohne Klimaanlage wird es auch in der Nacht sofort sehr warm.

The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Late check-in was done without any issue.
The A/C is loud, the room faced the avenue and the windows didn't block the noise very well. The tv remote didn't work. The shower's glass wall is small, so you make a mess in the bathroom when you take a shower.

No iron machine in room, poor breakfast, expensive…
The breakfast was fine and the reception staff were pleasant.
The rooms were far from what we would expect from a 4-star hotel, and the bathroom felt old and outdated.
The walls were extremely thin, and we could hear people talking throughout the night, which made it very difficult to sleep. In addition, our “Do Not Disturb” sign was ignored, which was frustrating and felt intrusive.
We were also charged for water and juice from the minibar, but we were not informed in advance that these items were not complimentary. Considering we paid €450 for the stay, being charged extra for water in the summer felt unreasonable.
Overall, while there were some positive aspects, the noise, lack of privacy, outdated bathroom, and unexpected minibar charges left us disappointed.
