Mooi hotel op een goede locatie aan het strand
Pros:

Kamers zijn goed. Goede bedden en douche. Zeer goede airconditioning, heel stil. Kamers zijn licht gehorig. Voor de kluis moet je bijbetalen, dat was 40 euro voor 2 weken

Cons:

We hadden en minder goede ervaring bij aankomst bij de receptie. Dit bleek voornamelijk aan een enkel persoon te liggen, overig personeel was goed. De wijn en cocktails zijn van een matige kwaliteit, bier is goed. Voor twee strandbedden en parasol betaal je extra 18 euro per dag.

The pool and water park was great for the kids but everything else needs improvement.
Pros:

The pools and water park is awesome.
The rooms are big.
The location is very good.

Cons:

The air conditioning didn’t work and even the experts didn’t manage to fix it.
The life guard is the pool was not patient to the guests.
The food was not tasty at all.

Pros:

Όλα ήταν τέλεια
3η χρόνια σερί στο Cactus κ σίγουρα όχι τελευταία
Ο νέος χώρος lagoon πολύ όμορφος κ βοήθησε στο να απολαύσουμε τη διαμονή μας κ το ποτό μας μιας κ βρίσκεται δίπλα στο water park που ειμασταν κυριολεκτικά όλη μέρα μιας κ ο μικρός μας ήθελε νεροτσουλήθρες συνέχεια
Τα κορίτσια του lagoon bar πολύ ευγενικά κ πολύ καλες στη δουλειά τους
Ευχαριστούμε τα παιδιά κ στα υπόλοιπα bar
Ευχαριστούμε κ το τμήμα κρατήσεων για το υπέροχο δωμάτιο που μας έδωσαν (124)
Ευχαριστούμε το τμήμα της reception που έκαναν το καλύτερο με το που ήρθαμε
Εννοείται ευχαριστούμε την κυρία Χρύσα που πάντα είναι με το χαμόγελο κ πολύ εξυπηρετική
Η καθαριότητα φέτος ήταν στο 10
Αλλά προσωπικά θεωρώ ότι το μεγαλύτερο ατού του ξενοδοχείου είναι ο maitre ότι κ να πούμε είναι λίγο
Πάντα εκεί πάντα χαμογελαστός πάντα δίπλα στον πελάτη παρά την έντονη δουλειά ένας Α επαγγελματίας κ ένας φοβερός άνθρωπος

Cons:

Σαν πελάτης που έρχεται 3η σερί χρονιά νομίζω ότι το μόνο τμήμα που πρέπει να βελτιωθεί λίγο είναι η κουζίνα ναι μεν όλα νόστιμα κ μπράβο στα παιδιά κ στον σεφ θεωρώ ότι το μενού θέλει μια αναβάθμιση μιας κ ξέραμε ήδη τι θα φάμε ...ωραίο το μενού αλλά επαναλαμβανόμενο... ειδικά αν είσαι repeater
Όπως κ κάποια βελτίωση στα κοκτέιλ...καλά τα σιρόπια αλλά μονότονα τα κοκτέιλ αν κ έχουν προστεθεί κάποια....

Pros:

Baseny i cała aranżacja zabudowań, klimatyczna architektura zewnętrzna, bliskość morza

Cons:

Dodatkowe opłaty za leżak na plaży(all in clusive) , bardzo słaby internet, brak takich aplikacji jak Netflix na TV, suszarka do włosów z lat 80-tych(w bardzo złym stanie), sprzątaczka wchodziła i sprzątała mimo że byliśmy w pokoju często na wpół ubrani, jedna karta do drzwi na kilka osób, brak dostępu do napojów i gorącej wody 24/h, na obiedzie i kolacji nie można było zrobić kawy lub herbaty, stolik na jadalni wyznaczała jedna osoba przez co tworzyły się kolejki.

Pros:

We had such a lovely time at Cactus Beach and felt really at home throughout our stay. The whole team in the restaurant was fantastic and so friendly, but we have to say—the food was the absolute star of the show! We were honestly treated to so many divine flavors every single day. A huge thank you to everyone for making our holiday so delicious and pleasant. We truly enjoyed every moment!
