It would be much better experience if everything missing were disclosed up front.
Pros:

There was no breakfast. I read Booking.Com reviews and chose this place for breakfast and found there was any, so that was disappointing. I contacted the website customer service, but no response.
Also, I wish they mentioned NO TV. Room was cute and clean. The location is fantastic. I would give much better rating if all these things were disclosed up front.

Great location with short walks to several Santa Fe spots!
Pros:

Walking distance to several great spots! Also, the style of the room was beautiful.

Cons:

When I originally booked, I selected it because it was a bed and breakfast. They informed me they no longer offer breakfast prior to my stay a couple of weeks in advance. That was disappointing.

Absolut phantastisches Quartier, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, mit viel Stil und Geschmack. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und das Quarter ist sehr gut organisiert

Cons:

Es hat uns nicht gefallen, das es kein Frühstück, wie bei der Buchung angegeben, gab. In der Rechnung wurde dafür ein Betrag für das entgangenen Frühstück abgezogen. Sehr fair und korrekt! In der unmittelbaren Nähe gibt es eine exzellente Möglichkeit zum frühstücken, das SAGE Bakehouse.

Pros:

Le petit déjeuner fait par un chef cuisinier était le meilleur de nos 1 mois aux États-Unis (plusieurs choix de plat). Le logement est typique de la ville de Santa Fe. Localisation pratique pour visiter les lieux touristique à pied depuis le logement.

Cons:

Chambre un peu petite et parking un peu étroit. Mais le charme de la chambre compense ces détails.

No TV, WiFi was useless (10.5mbps), no ice and no smoke detector above the bed!! The "bar" had no towels, microwave, silverware or cream. Overall lighting was poor and there was no handle on the inside of the bathroom door. Parking, driveway and "garden" were below expectations. Most importantly, it was way, WAY overpriced!

Прекрасное место чтобы отдохнуть от однотипных американских сетевых гостиниц. Удобное расположение - в пешей доступности от центра, но в тихом месте. Своя закрытая парковка. Потрясающие, великолепные завтраки и уютные, интересно оформленные общие зоны. Очаровательные номера. Хороший молотый кофе в номере - это отдельное маленькое удовольствие! Обаятельная сотрудница на ресепшн. Мы прекрасно отдохнули в этом месте. И пожалели, что не забронировали на 2 дня.

Cons:

Ванная в ретро стиле со шторками по кругу не совсем удобна, но в этом есть свой определенный шарм.
