Pros:

The property is within short walking distance to local shops and restaurants. The room was very clean and spacious.

Cons:

Very nice 2 night stay in 2 room Hacienda #8- looking forward to a return to The ParadorHacienda #8!
Pros:

Appreciated the 2 room space of Hacienda #8. Liked the comfort of the bed and sofa, liked having a nice refrigerator, ice/ water available on premises, hot water kettle/ coffee caraf, nice coffee mugs and effective air conditioning. Liked having nice hot water in the shower and effective and nice linen window shades that let light through but also blocked out light at night. Liked the fact that I could bring my bicycle into the room without worrying about dirtying any carpets. Liked the quiet and convenience to useful stores and bakery of the location a lot!

Cons:

Could use a few shelves in bedroom for towels and a better track/ latch for bathroom door.

Sehr schön aber ein bisschen unpersönlich
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön renoviert, gemütliches Flair. Die Lage ist toll die Old town ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar

Cons:

Es wird kein Frühstück angeboten und es gab auch keinerlei Ausstattung wie Schüsseln, Besteck etc. um sich selbst ein Frühstück zuzubereiten.

Pros:

The location was good close to the railroad and historic downtown. Rooms were absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. I did like having the virtual check in/out.

Cons:

I did not read the description good enough, there was no TV, which is fine but it’s nice to have the option. It was also very loud even after 10pm with being in the room by the parking, we heard EVERYONE coming and going through hallway. Parking was a little hard to find at first because it’s a tiny entrance, but after you know it’s fine.

Love the Parador !
Pros:

Excellent hôtel au centre de santa fe, la propriétaire nous a remboursé sous 3 jours 2 petits déjeuners car le chef les avait quitté la veille... Allez y les yeux fermés !!!
An excellent hotel in the center of Santa Fe; the owner refunded us for two breakfasts within three days because the chef had left the day before... You can book with complete confidence!

I would definitely stay again
Pros:

I like the old building, it's a cool setting. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The filtered water and ice maker were a nice touch.

Cons:

It was so bright at night. The light on the AC is very bright, plus no blackout curtains. That was my only complaint, I just like a really dark room. I need to pack a sleep mask.

It would be much better experience if everything missing were disclosed up front.
Pros:

There was no breakfast. I read Booking.Com reviews and chose this place for breakfast and found there was any, so that was disappointing. I contacted the website customer service, but no response.
Also, I wish they mentioned NO TV. Room was cute and clean. The location is fantastic. I would give much better rating if all these things were disclosed up front.
