Important information:

Excellent Stay with Outstanding Staff
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the location is excellent. A special thanks to Kavi for the quick and smooth check-in process, which made our arrival very easy. We'd also like to thank Dino for taking the time to explain how to reach the train station and for sharing other helpful information about the area. He was very friendly and informative. Overall, all the staff were welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable

Cons:

The only issue we experienced was that the air conditioner in our room wasn't cooling properly at first. However, after we contacted the front desk, the maintenance team responded very quickly and fixed the problem right away. We really appreciated the prompt service.

Cons:

Very busy at the reception at the time of check-in, but the staff was doing all they could to get us checked-in. Bathrooms should have a hand spray near the toilet seat.

Pros:

Location, location, location.

Very convenient as most of the time we fly to KL, hence the location is very convenient via KLIA Express at KL Sentral.

Cons:

The staff is always very attentive and provide good service especially the bellman.

トラブルを含めて良い思い出になりました
Pros:

空港から高速鉄道で行きましたが、駅やショッピングモールに直結なので利便性が良いです。
朝食美味しかったです。スタッフはみなさん礼儀正しく親切でした。

Cons:

トラブルで２泊分１泊がキャンセルになっていました。
わかっていれば事前に教えて欲しかったです。
ホテルに着いた時間が遅くその際に告げられたので少々パニックになりました。
フォローは素晴らしかったです。

Sehr schönes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern.
Pros:

Unser Zimmer war geräumig. Ich hatte das Hotel für eine Hochzeit gebucht. Da ich seit langem bei Booking.com angemeldet bin, habe ich ein besseres Angebot über Booking.com bekommen als über das Hochzeitspensum. Unser Zimmer war auch angemessen geräumig.
Frühstück war klasse und hatte auch indische Gerichte, die frisch gekocht wurden.

Cons:

Leider wurde uns ein Zweitbettzimmer zur Verfügung gestellt . Wir wurden per Whatsapp vorher gefragt, ob wir noch etwas benötigen. Wir haben per whatsapp informiert, dass wir ein Doppelbett benötigen, weil wir zu Dritt sind und unser Kind auch im gleichen Bett schläft. Aber bei der Ankunft waren es zwei getrennte Betten.
