Strefa basenowa na zewnątrz, brak tłumów, zabieg gratis w spa.
Śniadania to zdecydowanie najsłabszy punkt w hotelu. Codziennie to samo, na ciepło jedynie jajecznica i boczek. Słodkie wypieki zamawiane chyba z marketu, wędliny i ser rownież. Jakość produktów zdecydowanie poniżej standardu w hotelu pięciogwiazdkowym.
Pokój jednoosobowy ponury i ciemny. Dwuosobowy zdecydowanie lepszy, przestronny i jasny.
Staff eccellente: tutti molto gentili e professionali! Il parco è molto bello, davvero rilassante. La struttura è un po’ “datata” ma è probabilmente il suo tratto distintivo: sembra di entrare in un’altra epoca. La stanza era molto grande e il letto davvero enorme e comodo

Camera Creative molto bella! Ci sono due ampie piscine, di cui una più profonda per nuotare liberamente. Colazione ricca a buffet. Ristorante con piatti ottimi. Lo staff sempre presente, gentile e disponibile.
Lo stile dell'hotel è un viaggio immersivo nel passato.
Migliorerei il servizio bar in piscina.

Ritz Hotel mi ha lasciato le più belle impressioni. Fin dai primi momenti sono rimasta affascinata dall'elegante hall dell'hotel: spaziosa, accogliente e arredata con un gusto impeccabile. Fin da subito crea un'atmosfera di lusso, tranquillità e autentica ospitalità italiana.
Desidero esprimere un sentito ringraziamento a tutto il personale per l'attenzione, la cordialità e l'elevata professionalità. Un ringraziamento speciale va al cameriere Charlie per la sua premura, la sua gentilezza e il servizio impeccabile, che hanno reso il mio soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
Per quanto riguarda la cucina, avrei apprezzato una maggiore varietà e una scelta più ampia di piatti.
