I loved staying in the second building it was a nice adventure. I enjoyed breakfast in the morning. I really enjoyed your unique seated hot tub. Thank you! Will be back when in Branson soon!
Biscuits at breakfast were a little hard.
Location is perfect for all you are going to see and do in Branson, including Tanger Outlet.
Loved all about this hotel!
Pools! Clean rooms!
Brandson. My room phone didn’t work and they never fixed it. Our room door didn’t close by itself. You had to physically make sure you pulled it shut. My toilet seat was wiggly
The breakfast was ok. Very quit place. Felt safe. The pool I wanted to go but I wasn’t sure they took care of the water probably. The water in our room was smelly. There is no safe in the room either.
Great big Tv. Clean and no bugs.
Stayed here with my husband and my parents (2 couples age late 30s and early 60s). Immediately when we came into the lobby we realized this looked nothing like the pictures. We were assigned the newly renovated building, building 1. Newly renovated? It doesn’t really seem that way. The smell is challenging - very stale like there’s no airflow. This hotel uses well water, I think, because there is a sulphur smell in the bathrooms and a slight yellowed discoloration of the toilet and shower water. Toilet paper is so thin you can practically see right through it! Be careful because the tub is slippery but if you give it a few mins to warm up the hot water is pleasant from the world’s most basic dollar-store shower head. Bathroom fan wasn’t working but I feel like that’s deliberate because it really aligns with the rest of the design - not letting guests get too comfortable here. I’ll continue… There is no in-room safe for valuables, which is really lazy and such a shameful oversight. Housekeeping only comes every 3 days unless you request otherwise with minimum 24hr notice. But the worst problem by far is that this is the darkest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in - the online photos are definitely edited and brightened. There are 2 tabletop lamps in the room and no overhead light. No standing lamp. No floor lamps. Just two light bulbs for the entire room. It’s not adequate at all because it makes it really hard to see your belongings which by the way you’ll be living out of your suitcase since this hotel has no armoire or chest of drawers! Well, ok, there is a section of coat hangers but it’s in the darkest part of the room so I didn’t see the point in putting things there. Other guests also shared our feelings about there not being anywhere to unpack and get comfortable and feel at home. They were cool with living out of their suitcase but I came here to be on vacation and relax and dress up and enjoy myself and I was looking forward to some amazing midwestern hospitality. I’m really confused about why they have decided to do things this way. There’s no full length mirror in the room so you if you care about seeing your entire outfit from top to bottom, this isn’t the place for you, but even if there was a large mirror it wouldn’t really help since the room is so dark. Whoever designed this place really hates their customers, seriously. Hotels need mirrors, lights, armoires, two ply toilet paper and an in-room safe as bare minimum amenities. I could not in good conscience recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice relaxing and well-thought-out holiday. I will give some positive feedback and say that the bed was clean with all white linens, and there were 2 trash cans in the room so I didn’t have to leave garbage laying around. The fridge was in clean working condition. Staff seemed polite and helpful, but with their hands tied (no extra lamps available, etc). But none of these positives make up for the negatives.
The staff were super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.
Centrally located
A few staff were rude
The hotel and our room were great - very clean - staff were friendly and showed that they cared about the guests and the condition of the hotel
We liked it all. Nothing to complain about!
We made a reservation and were assured cots were available for an extra person. We reserved and paid extra for a cot. When we arrived for check-in, no one was there. When the desk guy finally arrived, he gave us a twin-sized air mattress. First of all, that's not a cot. We tried fitting it on the floor between the queen beds, at the sided, etc. The only place it fit was in front of the door, blocking the exit and the bathroom. Secondly, it had a hole. So it doesn't even work as a sleeping surface! So we asked for a room with two queen beds and a pull out loveseat. He said he would have to charge us an additional $100. The original room was only $80. So just adding a loveseat is over twice that? We said we'd pay more but that didn't make sense. The guy said they had other rooms available but totally refused to come up with a solution in any way, He repeatedly said the flat air mattress was our only option. So, we asked for a refund and left. To be clear, the room was ok. Not all the lamps worked and there was an envelope on the nightstand addressed to someone named Laverne, but it seemed clean and we would have stayed if there had room for all our family to sleep. So it was the guy running the place that ruined our experience. He was rude and refused to be accommodating.
Room was nice and clean. Comfortable, and have a good breakfast. Staff was excellent. Thanks and I will be back soon.
