It was very clean

Cons:

Main issue I have with the property is we had been at a football game at the Citadel. We were soaking wet and I asked to check in an hour and a half early and I was told I had to wait until three. I was told earlier that if I called I could check in earlier, but that was not the case. The lady was not very friendly at the front desk that Saturday afternoon.

Excellent 2nd stay, we’ll be back!!
Pros:

This was the second time we stayed here and both times the entire hotel was very clean & well maintained. In addition to being meticulously clean, the rooms are nicely appointed with comfortable furniture & cotton sheets (not the horrible microfiber that most hotels use nowadays.) The location is also great - in West Ashley.

Cons:

I have no criticisms other than the high cost of the rooms.

Amazing staycation !!!
Pros:

We had a wonderful staycation! Bruce & shamina at the front desk helped us with everything we needed! Our twins enjoyed the pool and workout gym.

Cons:

Front desk workers are extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. The workers are rude from the moment you checkin. I would not stay at this hotel again if they offered a free trip. The room was in desperate need of a deep clean.

Great first time stay, planning to return
Pros:

Great location, staff was friendly, price was good not great, and the room was good. The manager and staff generously assisted me a week after my checkout once I discovered duplicate charges.

Cons:

There was one brown like stain on one of our pillows, so we didn't use it. I experienced duplicate charges the following week, first from Booking.com, and later charges by Town and Country Inn and Suites. Thankfully, the manager and staff generously assisted with the Folio review and refunding the charges on the day I advised them of my double charge.

We really loved this hotel!
Pros:

We passed on the breakfast.The location was really convenient--not too far from downtown and right by the highway.The room was really great--the bed was so comfortable,as were the chairs,and the bathroom was spacious,clean,and had both a shower and a tub.

Cons:

It's kind of a labyrinth to find your way from the room to the parking area(depending on where your room is located,of course).
