Struttura con fascino ma bagni da rivedere
Pros:

Antico casolare di grande fascino, con terme molto belle e rilassanti. La camera era ampia e il personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Il letto era molto rigido e privo di topper, mentre entrambi i cuscini sono risultati scomodi. Anche il bagno avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione: il rubinetto del bidet era molto incrostato di calcare e particolarmente difficile da aprire.

Non ho apprezzato nemmeno la gestione della mancia. L’ho trovata già inserita nel conto senza che fosse stata richiesta esplicitamente. Premetto che l’abbiamo pagata, ma solo al momento del pagamento mi è stato spiegato che non era obbligatoria. Ritengo che un’eventuale mancia debba essere lasciata liberamente dal cliente, senza che venga inserita preventivamente nel conto.

Exceptionnel !!!! Surclassés en plus donc une suite de rêve et les eaux thermales apportent sérénités bien être ….. personnel extrêmement gentil !!!!! Un lieu magique … petit déjeuner copieux et dîner parfait
