Hôtel de charmes et pleins de surprises, vivement conseillé !
Pros:

c'est la bonne surprise de notre tour en Italie, l'hôtel est vraiment parfait sur tout les points, je suis de nature pénible mais là je n'ai rien à redire. la chambre très grande et bien équipé, literie confortable, décorée dans l'esprit de cette demeure de charme. le petit déjeunée et le repas du soir, une bonne expérience culinaire raffinée, les vins très raisonnables. Enfin pour la partie aquatique que dire à part qu'on était presque seul dans les piscines et pour se remettre d'une longue journée à Pise il n'y a rien de mieux ! on reviendra c'est certain très bon souvenir

de partir trop vite, je serais bien resté deux jours de plus...

Pros:

La struttura elegante , lo staff premuroso e disponibile. La colazione abbastanza buona ma non al livello delle stelle dell'hotel.

Cons:

Pulizia delle piscine termali. Addirittura mi sono tagliata al dito causa il dislivello creatosi col calcare ....apprendo che ad un cliente era successa la stessa cosa il giorno prima.

Très joli Hôtel
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, joli chambre, plusieurs piscines et hôtel assez luxueux

Cons:

Chambre très propre, mais les toilettes dans les parties communes étaient pas très propre nous avons réservé une chambre pour quatre adultes mais il y avait qu’un seul vrai lit. Le deuxième était un lit clic clac avec un matelas très fin, on sentait tous les armatures donc très mal dormi sur ce matelas.

Relaxing in a peaceful quiet environment after a busy city trip
Pros:

Beautiful room, I was so lucky to get an upgrade. Very professional and friendly staff, taking care of everything you ask. Excellent spa treatment.

Hotel incompleto
Pros:

Las aguas termales muy bien en general.

Cons:

El cuarto colchón viejo me ocasionó dolor de espalda
El personal general bien Pero había un tipo Andrea muy poco amable que nos trató de incluir propina sin consentimiento
Pésima actitud
El cierre de piscina exterior cierra a las 7
La calidad de la cena deficiente solo pastas inclusive el servicio de vino mal aunque selección muy bien vinos tintos arriba de 23c bastante tibios no los guardan en cava
La cena lo único memorable las pastas lo demás mal
El desayuno excelente
Ahorre de cena vayan a pizzería salsedo o trattoria sona Bruna gastarán la mitad y comerán increible

Ved ankomst ble vi oppgradert til suite. Hadde også i forkant bestilt Romantisk pakke for 2 personer som inkludert en fantastisk massasje, frukt, Prosecco etc.
Veldig fornøyd med hele oppholdet. Et kongelig opphold.
Basseng området var noe slitt enkelte steder, men som forventet på et slikt herskapelig, gammelt slott.

Cons:

Litt øde og lite andre aktiviteter utenom overnattingsstedet.
Kjempestor seng, men bestod av 2 stk enkeltsenger som trekker ned. Ikke behagelig å ligge mellom disse 2 sengene.

Palatial hotel with beautiful grounds, a wonderful spa and excellent service. Unfortunately we missed breakfast due to an early flight but they made up a breakfast pack for us :)

Wohnen wie die Fürsten
Pros:

Haus mit Atmosphäre, Zimmer mit Fresken an der Decke außergewöhnlich. Personal mehr als freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Etwas außerhalb von Pisa.
