A localização é ótima, no centro de Barcelona e a equipe é solícita

Cons:

As fotos enganam muito e não correspondem à realidade do hotel.
Nunca que o hotel tem 4 estrelas, as instalações precisam de reformas urgentes, nunca ficamos em um hotel tão ruim.
Não é possível descansar, do quarto você escuta absolutamente tudo do corredor e também dos quartos ao lado e acima. E quando eu digo tudo, é tudo mesmo, como se estivessem no mesmo quarto, podendo escutar a pessoa no banheiro, até mesmo secador de cabelo e toda a água que desce pelo encanamento.
Nos colocaram em um quarto que a janela dava para um “quadrado” de prédios, então não tinha qualquer circulação de ar no banheiro, que ficava completamente ensopado de água do vapor. O teto do banheiro está prestes a cair, tem bolor e muita poeira no quarto e a cama tem buracos de tanto uso (uma cama de casal unem duas de solteiro ficando também com um vão no meio).
Em resumo: o hotel é muito precário, não é adequado para descansar e é caríssimo! Não apresenta um custo-beneficio aceitável.
Não recomendaria para ninguém a experiência
