Vi var nöjda och kan tänka oss att återkomma till samma hotell.
Pros:

Bra frukost och praktiskt läge. Trevlig personal! Rummet var mycket rymligt.

Cons:

Lyhört. Gamla rör vilket påverkade duschtryck och toalettspolning negativt.

Mala experiencia excepto por la ubicación.
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, y el personal atiende muy cálida y servicialmente.

Cons:

El ascensor es lentísimo y funciona mal, la caja fuerte no puedes auto gestionarla (por lo que debes avisar que vas a resguardar algo) y con una nota el hotel te deja constancia que solo te cubrirá €600 en caso de robo: un importe por debajo del promedio de lo que lleva un turista.

El agua de tapa en los baños, tanto en la ducha como en el lavamanos.

Lo peor: al hotel no puedes ingresar por tu cuenta, debes tocar un timbre y esperar a que te abran. Vuelves de pasear como turista y debes esperar con frío, calor, lluvia, o inseguridad, hasta que algún miembro del personal del hotel te abra la puerta.

Great location
Pros:

Great location very central Barcelona and near important sights. Specially close to Gothic neighbourhood, plaça Catalunya and close to metro station Urquinaona.

Cons:

Housekeeping is really late and sometimes sloppy. Ran out of soap and towels. Overall beds were ok but not extremely confortable. Staff could be more helpful
