Pros:

Soggiorno molto piacevole. Camera pulita e confortevole, personale gentile e disponibile. L'hotel è tranquillo e ben collegato ai principali punti di interesse di Kyoto.

素敵な時間を過ごせました。
Pros:

とても綺麗でゆったり過ごせました。工事をしていたようですが、音もとくに気にならず良く寝れました。

Cons:

WiFiがあったのかなかったのか分からなかったです。疲れてWiFiがあるのかきちんと確認しなかったのですが、あったのだとしたらテーブル等分かりやすい所に表記があれば嬉しいなと思いました。

Mooi hotel in rustige wijk.
Pros:

Mooi hotel met heel vriendelijk personeel. Iets wat afgelegen maar met de taxi binnen 15 minuten is alles te bereiken (yen 1200-1600). Keuze uit westers en japans ontbijt. Shuttlebus was erg handig van en naar Station (ongeveer 15 min)

Pros:

外国人スタッフの挨拶が爽やかかつ丁寧でよかった。建物は新しくないと思うが、内装に適度な重厚感があり、清掃も行き届いていて、同価格帯で安普請のデザインホテルなんかに泊まるよりよっぽど良かった。

Cons:

テェックイン時にチェックアウト時の宿泊税の説明がなかった。雨が降っているのにタクシー乗り場のスタッフが屋内から出て来ず対応がなかった。

Shuttle service is amazing!
Pros:

Very comfortable hotel. Excellent staff. Clean and friendly. Shuttle service too and from Kyoto station is incredibly helpful and very polite drivers too

Cons:

If you miss the transport it is a good walk from the station

Overall, we loved our stay, the staff at the reception was awesome!, super helpful and friendly.
Pros:

Loved the wide variety of food at the breakfast. There was a lot of food, the staff was very attentive. Always replenishing the food. The staff very polite and friendly. Always clearing dirty p,ages from the table.

Cons:

The tables in the side room was too close to one another, it was sometimes not easy to move through the tables that was occupied with our hand carrying the tray with dishes on it.
