Very decent hotel, overall nice stay
Pros:

The room was clean and quite cosy. Clean bathroom and service on the very good level. Overall I like the concept of shuttle to and from Kyoto Station, even if I can't use it every time. Quick check-in / check-out, helpful staff.

Cons:

We weren't very happy when it comes to breakfast, not so many food options available comparing to different hotels of this range of price, probably the breakfast restaurant wasn't big enough to fit that many hotel guests. No decent coffee machine is a big minus.
Hotel shuttle to Kyoto Station wasn't really reliable. It's a mini-bus, so many times you plan to go back with the shuttle, but it's overcrowded so you have to organize the way back yourselves.

Pros:

とても清潔。スタッフさんも良い。ベルの方が気がきく

Cons:

朝食ビュッフェにもう少しフルーツが欲しかった。フルーツが大好きな娘がデザート取りに行った時、オレンジぐらいしかなかったと言うので、見に行ったらフルーツカクテルだった。日本はフルーツ高いから仕方がないんでしょうか。

La struttura alberghiera è elegante e di classe. Bellissima la hall di ingresso dell'hotel. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. La camera era completa di tutti i comfort, molto spaziosa e ben arredata, pulitissima. L'offerta sulla colazione è ottima, con possibilità di ampia scelta fra dolce e salato. Utile il servizio di navetta da/per la stazione di Kyoto e il TA-Q BIN service lagguage delivery. Posizione dell'hotel strategica rispetto ai luoghi/attrazioni da visitare.

まあまあ、いつも通り！
Pros:

時間にせかされているとき、スタッフの対応が迅速で良かった。玄関の出入りのとき、自動ドアの前まで案内してくれ、ドアーを開いてくれる、丁寧なスタッフがいた。

Cons:

部屋のキーがいつも開きにくかった。ポットが使いにくかった。
