Pros:

Wir haben hier als Familie Urlaub gemacht und unser Aufenthalt hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen! Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig, makellos sauber und äußerst komfortabel.
Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön gilt der Fürsorge für die kleinsten Gäste: Obwohl wir vorab kein Babybett bestellt hatten, hat das Personal von sich aus ein Laufgitter/Reisebett bereitgestellt. Unser Kind konnte dort sicher und ruhig spielen sowie schlafen — das war eine sehr angenehme und wertvolle Überraschung für uns.
Wir wurden durchgehend mit frischem Kaffee und Trinkwasser versorgt. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit des Personals sind auf höchstem Niveau — alle waren außerordentlich nett und aufmerksam. Vielen Dank für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Pros:

perfekte Lage, gutes Frühstück, Zimmer fein (bloß waren uns die Betten zu schmal). Keine Hotelbar. Unser Zimmer lag im Untergeschoß, zu unserer Freude gab es da sogar eine kleine Terrasse :-). An den etwas komischen Geruch (Feuchtigkeit?) haben wir uns rasch gewöhnt. Ein in die Jahre gekommenes 4-Stern-Hotel, das wir als gutes 3-Stern-Hotel bezeichnen würden. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt.

Decent hotel in an excellent location for exploring Bonn
Pros:

Great location, good room facilities and friendly staff.

Cons:

€24 inc. tax for breakfast per person (adult or child) doesn’t present good value for money. Quality and choice of breakfast items was okay.

Hotel und Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen und nur etwas für Nostalgiker
Pros:

Die Größe des Zimmers war gut.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert und im Zimmer war es daher immer stickig. Es war sehr irritierend dass dies der Dame an der Rezeption sehr wohl bekannt war aber keine Abhilfe geschaffen wurde.
Das Zimmer und auch das ganze Hotel sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und könnte durch kleine Malerarbeiten wenigstens optisch einmal renoviert werden.
