Accessibility, quiet room, and good breakfast menu.
No available non-slip mat in the bathroom for small children. Told reception we needed cleaning in our room as well as putting sign on the door, still room wasn’t cleaned.

Very very pleasantly surprised for what is essentially a suburban Hotel.
Menu could have been a little more diverse but that’s being picky.

My television did not work nor did the telephone in the room. I could see it was very new, so I think a technical issue that it was not set up correctly.
