Excellent 👏
Pros:

We loved how close it was the metro & the shopping centre. We also really enjoyed the buffet breakfast option, the staff were lovely and so friendly.

Short and disappointing
Pros:

Breakfast was a limited selection, however, it was very nice food.

Cons:

I didn't like the noise, especially the noise from the people in the room above us. The bed was terrible as was the shower head. I also did not like that anyone could access the lifts and get to any floor. The old doors to the room had an old safety chain to loop through the channel. Not good enough when there is no lift security. Our room had also not been cleaned properly. An empty used toothpaste tube was laying on the floor to walk into the bathroom.

Good location, reasonable priced. Questionable pulillows
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, helpful staff, room was dark enough

Cons:

Pillows on bed we're terrible, waaaay too soft hence not a comfortable sleep. Also, for events like the marathon, would've been helpful to be able to pre-order breakkie room service rather than a table of foods/drinks that participants would have already had in their possession.

Brilliant stay
Pros:

This was a great stay ! Staff were brilliant,helpful .Room was spacious,very clean & comfy .Room service was delicious
