La cortesia è la disponibilità del personale, presente e sempre accanto a cliente: abbiamo segnalato un problema relativo alla modulazione della temperatura dell'acqua della doccia e prontamente sono intervenuti.
Ci hanno oermesso di lasciare i nostri bagagli in custodia presso l'hotel per tutto il pomeriggio e ci hanno dato la possibilità di utilizzare i loro servizi ben oltre l'orario del check out.

Quiet local area with excellent grade amenities for this price point.

Very supportive comfortable beds, squaky clean rooms of reasonable size and a good neighbourhood in Rome, quiet and more local. Staff very helpful, good breakfast

Excelente estadía
Pros:

La propiedad limpia, el recibimiento de Simone genial y muy cordial, las atenciones para con la familia impecable. Sin dudas volvería una y otra vez. Zona tranquila residencial. El desayuno abundante e impecable, la limpieza también impecable, las habitaciones cómodas y amplias.

Fantastyczna okolica. Spokojnie, cicho i mnóstwo dobrych restauracji dookoła. Nie jest to centrum ale jest super dojazd komunikacją miejską (20 min do centrum). Wspaniała obsługa oraz pełne kontynentalne śniadanie z jajecznicą i boczkiem.

Cons:

Drobnostki wynikające z wieku hotelu jak chociażby odklejająca się tapeta w pokoju. Ale to szczegół i polecam ten hotel każdemu.

Tutto lo staff è stato gentilissimo soprattutto Carlos e la ragazza delle pulizie col suo impeccabile inglese.
Colazione varia, camera pulita e sufficientemente spaziosa e silenziosa. Letto comodo. Ci hanno offerto un aperitivo di benvenuto e il minibar in camera è gratuitamente a disposizione. All' arrivo in stanza c'erano addirittura tre mele fresche e cioccolatini. Erano presenti anche bollitore, biscottini, thè, caffè ecc, molto graditi. Il WiFi funziona benissimo e la posizione è comoda anche per recarsi in centro.

Cons:

Qualche piccolo segno del tempo nelle stanza ma quasi in linea con lo stile retrò dell' hotel, non creava nessun disturbo.
La TV si accende automaticamente quando inserisci la chiave elettronica.
