Clean, comfortable, affordable stay
Pros:

Great very affordable hotel. Good breakfast. Have stayed here previously. Close to Narita airport when flying out the next day. Quiet and comfortable bed with plenty of space.

Tiny rooms in well worn hotel.
Pros:

Friendly check in staff. Close to train station

Cons:

Very small double room, I didn’t have a suitcase and not sure where it would have fit in the room. Elevator and hallway carpet is worn and stained. Check out is at 10:00. The hotel seemed overpriced at 79.00.

Pros:

Location was very convenient, just a simple walk to the train station. Good value for money.

Cons:

The soundproofing wasn't great, as you often heard guests in the hallway making noise. Cleanliness was on the lower side, but much of this was due to the age of the hotel.
