Il fatto che l'hotel mi abbia richiesto in privato di assegnare una valutazione Booking di almeno 9 o 10 per soddisfare le loro aspettative (lo fanno sempre, ad ogni prenotazione). L'ho trovato molto sgradevole e non particolarmente corretto, ed è l'unico motivo per cui ho dato 8.

I would especially like to thank Liana and Giovanna, and also the gentleman with glasses.
I arrived at the hotel around 12:00, earlier than the official check-in time of 3:00 pm, but they kindly welcomed my luggage. To my surprise, they also upgraded my room to a beautiful room on the fifth floor.
The location, just a few steps from the station, was also incredibly helpful for me, as I was travelling with quite a lot of luggage.
I was able to relax in the spacious room, read a few of the books on the bookshelf, and walk to Santa Maria Novella before check-in time, so I had a really lovely time.
I was also very happy with the room, especially the view from the balcony.
I really enjoyed my stay. The location was excellent, and the room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, although I felt the price was slightly high compared to the overall value.
The main things I didn’t like were the lack of free parking, as I had to pay €30 per day, and the fact that complimentary bottled water was not provided daily.
피렌체 기차역 바로 앞으로 짐 들고 이동하기 좋습니다. 체크인이 일찍 되어 좋았습니다. 조식도 좋고 방음도 잘 됩니다. 직원들이 친절해요.
유일한 단점은 냉장고 입니다. 냉장고 안에 판매용 음료가 가득 들어가 있어 사용을 할 수가 없어요.
