Konumu güzel duomoya 20 dk yürüme mesafesi önünden tramvay da geçiyor. Tren garının da tam önünde. odalar genel olarak iyi ve temizleniyor.
Kaldıgımız 7 gün boyunca bir asansör tamir edilmedi sürekki asansör sırası vardı. kaldığımız katta boyama işleri sürüyordu. Tramvay sesi geliyor ama bizi rahatsız etmedi ama takıntınız varsa edebilir. Kahvaltısı 15 euroyu bence haketmiyor

Sehr gut vom Hauptbahnhof erreichbar in 3 Minuten. Das Zimmer war klein mit einem kleinen Kleiderschrank, was gerade noch reichte für 3 Nächte. Doppelbettgrösse ideal und komfortabel. Der Barmann Mirco hat uns am ersten Abend die guten Lokale bekannt gemacht, die man gut zu Fuss erreichen konnte. Das Altstadtzentrum liegt auch nur 15 Minuten vom Hotel weg. Das Personal ist super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit, besonders an der Rezeption. Zum Abschluss bekommt man noch ein kleines Geschenk in Form von speziellen Teigwaren, verpackt mit Hotel-Druck darauf.
Im Badezimmer fehlt ein (beleuchteter) Make-up-Spiegel zum Rasieren und sich schminken. Das Toilettenpapier lässt zu Wünschen übrig, da es zu dünn ist (gespart am falschen Ort). Man benötigt immer 5 - 6 Folien statt vielleicht 3 bei gutem Papier.
Das Hotel ist in einem sehr lebhaften Viertel gegenüber dem Bahnhof Santa Maria Novella. Unser Zimmer war allerdings nach hinten raus und deshalb haben wir von dem Trubel nichts mitbekommen und konnten in Ruhe schlafen. Vom Hotel aus hat man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß in ca. 10-15 Min erreichen können. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben ohne Frühstück gebucht, konnten aber jederzeit problemlos Frühstück dazu nehmen. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt!
Das einzige was mir nicht so gut gefallen hat war, daß der Föhn nur im Zimmer, nicht im Bad in die Steckdosen eingesteckt werden konnte. Ansonsten war aber alles in Ordnung!

Ótima localização e atendimento diferenciado. Nos sentimos seguras para andar nas redondezas e a equipe do hotel muito acolhedora - certamente foi o melhor atendimento dos hotéis que passamos nesta viagem (e foram 6). Ótima localização!
Nada a recamar, tudo ótimo! Eu só deveria ter previsto mais dias aqui - foi ótimo também conhecer Pisa - faltou Cinque Terre (quem sabe numa próxima).

Excellent location in the heart of Florence, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The hotel was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The room was well-maintained and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Paying attention to detail; they even wrote a card and included some pasta as a gift.

Can't beat the location - directly across from the Santa Maria Novella train station (but was not noisy or unsafe). I was able to avoid dragging my roller carry-on across Firenze's cobblestone streets as I saw so many other travelers doing. I even popped into the train station to get a post-dinner gelato one night, very convenient. Everything in Firenze was walkable distance for me (female, mid-40s) so I really appreciated my convenient home base. As for the hotel itself, the staff were extraordinarily friendly and my room was comfortable. The breakfast downstairs was super convenient and very tasty with good coffee and continental offerings. I would 100% book this hotel again on a future stay, especially when traveling by myself as I was this time.
