Nossa experiência no c-hotels Diplomat foi excelente do começo ao fim. A localização é perfeita, muito prática para conhecer Florença e se locomover pela cidade. Tudo estava muito bem cuidado, confortável e organizado.

Mas o grande destaque foi, sem dúvida, a equipe. Todos foram extremamente gentis e atenciosos, tanto o pessoal da recepção quanto a equipe do café da manhã. Um agradecimento especial à Giulia e à equipe da recepção, que prepararam uma surpresa muito carinhosa no aniversário da minha irmã, além de um mimo delicioso com um pacotinho de pasta italiana que adoramos. Foram gestos delicados que tornaram nossa estadia ainda mais especial.

Com certeza recomendamos o hotel e voltaríamos novamente!

Tolle Lage, wunderschönes Ambiente, sehr nette Mitarbeiter, sehr gutes Frühstück und saubere Zimmer.
Pros:

Wir haben die Lage bekommen, die wir angefragt hatten (für unser Zimmer). Das Zimmer war wunderbar ruhig und sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Personal war sehr freundlich (Rezeption, Bar, Frühstück, Reinigungskräfte).
Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Man ist sofort mitten im Geschehen und wenn man mit dem Zug reist, kann man vom Bahnhof rüber laufen. Die Ausstattung und das Ambiente sind sehr liebevoll gestaltet.

Cons:

Uns hat nicht gefallen, dass wir die Klimaanlage nicht individuell steuern konnten und dass sie gar nicht an war. Da wir noch nicht oft in Italien waren, wissen wir nicht, ob es dort im Mai eventuell üblich ist, dass die Klimageräte noch nicht angeschaltet werden. Da es nicht sehr warm war, war es alles in allem kein Problem für uns.
Da ich sehr groß bin, war die Dusche etwas zu niedrig für mich, aber es war gut machbar.
Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Uns haben die Lage, das Ambiente, die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und das gute Essen überzeugt und wir können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.
