Pros:

Tout était parfait ! La chambre, le petit déjeuner incroyable, la propreté de tout l’établissement, les différentes piscines, le personnel très gentil, la nourriture excellente, le parking, la salle de sport, les attentions du personnel de chambre. Mention spéciale pour le restaurant Yazuka c’était excellent! Nous reviendrons c’est sur!

Pros:

Beautifully refurbished hotel in excellent location. Pool area is gorgeous and the restaurants and bars are lovley. Fabulous breakfast buffet.

Amazing experience as a couple
Pros:

Amazing place! Staff are great, food delicious and location is right on the beach front. Highly recommend all the food here, portions are huge so we went to sharing a portion at guilty bar. Breakfast is stunning and the whole location is amazing. Rooms are very clean and the salt water pool and cocktails are incredible. Would highly recommend

We were absolutely overjoyed with the experience at Tivoli. Everything was amazing!
Pros:

The entire experience at the hotel from start to finish was exceptional. Every staff member was polite and helpful, the room was gorgeous & breakfast was amazing. It absolutley exceeded our expectations.

Paradise experience!
Pros:

By far the best hotel in Tenerife. The property is just simply amazing! The team members especial from the Guest Relations and Concierge team were fantastic. I stayed for a week with my husband and they have made special touches for us to enjoy. Please do not hesitate to book a massage at the spa!! Its the best and super relaxing. Cocktails at the pool or near the lobby are also exccelent and the service is very attentive. We had dinner and lunch at 2 of their restaurants as well and I also recommend ordering room service, everything was delicious. Thanks for the paradise experience!

I had a small group of 9 guests whom absolutely LOVED their stay at Tivoli La Caleta!
Luisa, in the Groups Dept, was very easy to work with, and like Carla in Guest Relations was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and accommodatingTivoli is also in a great location for activities, dining, and shopping!
Without hesitation I would recommend a stay at Tivoli La Caleta.
