Always stay here but we will look for other options due to prices
Pros:

Location and very quite. Can walk to everything if you don't mind the price.

Cons:

Staff never smiled. Not friendly at all. AC gave us issues during our stay. Had to request to be moved. We have always stayed here but for the price it's not worth it when you can stay in nice resort for less.

Fantastic Customer Service
Pros:

Had a lovely weekend stay here in May 2026 for my niece's graduation weekend from the Hilton Head Prep School which is close by. Property was super quiet and very clean throughout. Slept so well on the fourth floor in the comfortable bedding. Room included a nice little refrigerator, coffee, and tea. Parking at the hotel was plentiful and safe. They charged $10/day for it. Used their wonderful fitness center open 24/7 and fun rootop bar + pool.

Enjoyed the fantastic location near Coligny Plaza Shopping and just a block or two from the glorious beach. Everything you might need is conveniently nearby including grocery store, fantastic dining, live community theatre, and unique Hilton Head shopping.

Most of all I want to shout out their management for wonderful customer service. I realized that I had left behind a very special sport coat in the closet of my hotel room a few hours after checking out. Housekeeping had found it and packaged it up for me. It was sent back to me quickly via a UPS shipping label that I emailed them the next day. I appreciate them following up on this so efficiently. Their kindness and helpfulness meant a lot to me. Recommend this property highly.

Pros:

Never stayed at a hotel that didn’t offer free coffee in the lobby. They charge you for it as well to park (10 dollars a day) One of the elevators was broken while we were here. The roof top bar that is advertised is not open. Neither phone in my room works. Not impressed with my “suite”. I guess the proximity to cologne beach is the only saving grace.

The location was great as to the proximity to the golf courses we were scheduled to play.
Pros:

Did not utilize as I was expecting a complimentary breakfast. We used the restaurant outside the front of the property.

Cons:

Could not keep water off the floor from taking a shower. Not a good design.

desk clerk let me know that there was 2 booking under my name. but could not let me know how to cancel one. that I already thought I did. still on April 24, 2026, I paid for 2 rooms only stay in one room. Courtyard at Marriott or Booking .com

Front desk lady was excellent. Her Spanish was impeccable and my Husband’s heritage is from Spain.
Pros:

The manager , Carolyn and the front desk. Clerk who was bilingual were very helpful. They showed us how to connect to WiFi and greeted us each time we entered the property. This is our 2nd trip driving from Michigan to enjoy this hotel.

Cons:

We loved it so much we return yearly.

Major Disappointment!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pros:

Rooms are small with no microwave in room. No free breakfast, they advertise a free breakfast if you pay $ 15 per person additional when making reservation so actually not free, You cannot attach a firestick or roku to watch your streaming apps, streaming your available apps at most Marriott properties are available but not this one. Time of check is inconsistent changing times, requiring you to continually check to see if your room is ready. When you check in your lucky if you can find any cart to move your items to your room, most carts are very small, my entire time I saw one high cart most are a little larger than a shopping cart. If I would have known this before I would have stayed at a red roof inn. I stay at Marriott property often and most have much better amenities, this one's a loser.

I can’t wait to go back
Pros:

The breakfast was basic yet good. They have Starbucks coffee which made my day! The location is in walking distance to Coligny Beach and shops/restaurants! I will definitely be back. There is an amazing rooftop bar and pool! I loved it
