В общем неплохой отель. Но я ожидал другого исходя из рейтинга отеля. На обратном пути нашего путешествия не стал тут останавливаться.
Персонал неприветливый, ощущение при заселении, что тебе не рады. Только один из 3 сотрудников ресепшена за 3 дня был с улыбкой. Остальным будто ты в тягость.
Что касается номеров. То тут для меня пример, как не надо делать дизайн номера)) Заходишь - справа душевая и туалет. В душевой ни одного крючка. Вешаешь полотенце и белье просто на крючки в прихожей. Потом голый выходишь в прихожую - если шторы будут открыты, то ты отлично виден дому напротив) Слева в прихожей "остров" раковина и отдельно от раковины смеситель - вода льется во все стороны когда умываешься, это видно по раковине, она вся в вековых подтеках. Место в номере много, но нет нормального шкафа, вешалок, сушилки для белья. Терраса без навеса и с мизерными перегородками от соседей. Даже не понятно плюс в терассе или минус, т.к. там курят ваши соседи и запахи пойдут к вам. Парковки нет от слова совсем, это надо учитывать.
Завтрак нормальный, но ничего особенного, были еще в 4 отелях во время поездки по Грузии - везде были завтраки лучше.

Good location near Metro station to go to centre of city. We chose this hotel to be outside main centre, but easily accessible.

Awesome boutique hotel in Tbilisi just a couple of meters away from Marjanishvili metro station in a very nice area. The structure is very classy, the room was huge and very beautiful, staff helpful and welcoming, breakfast abundant and very good. Perfect stay

Bardzo przyjemny i dobrze usytuowany hotel. Blisko stacja linii metra. Bardzo czysto, smaczne śniadania, uprzejma i pomocna obsługa. Polecam każdemu kto chce się zatrzymać w Tbilisi.
Отличный отель в реконструированном историческом здании. Достопримечательности в шаговой доступности, рядом пешеходная улица с ресторанами. Номера большие, завтрак вкусный. Чуть в стороне от туристических толп. В номерах классные балконы.

the A/C was not cold enough the front desk tell me that was the best the A/C can do in the summer i ask to cancel my 2nd night and refund the next day the manger send me text to offer me to change the room and free upgrade but it was to late as i booked another hotel
