250th trip
Pros:

We were able to check in early in the morning of our arrival and check out late on the day of our departure. Room was perfect for my wife and I and two grand children. It was very hot and smokey walking DC so the extra time very much appreciated. Breakfast was great and the staff there, very attentive. Both girls working the desk very helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

The store was fairly limited food wise would be my only critique though the very nice lady there packed a lot into a small space.

The Potbelly around the corner made great sandwiches for us on way back from metro station also very close and convenient

Pros:

The location is within walking distance to most attractions. The 2 bedroom we had was extremely large. We had an additional air mattress and two mobility scooters. We had plenty of room! Where they did not get in the way of anything. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The free hot breakfast was delicious. The hotel only parking garage was a little expensive but worth it due the extra security and safety. Large parking spots with plenty of of availability. The gift shop was an add plus for little souvenirs and perfect place to pick up any forgotten items you forgot to pack.
Hotel security was extremely friendly and always alert and aware of of what was going on on inside and outside the hotel and always offering help if needed. The location was safe had a nice area outside to walk your dog when you exit the large side door in the lobby. I would highly recommend this hotel for large families and anyone with pets or a disability.

Cons:

estrutura do hotel é péssima. Quarto barulhento: com o ar desligado, barulho de vibrações em tubulações por dentro das paredes; com o ar ligado, barulho alto do ar. Resumo: 4 noites sem dormir direito. HORRIVEL!!!!!! Além disso, café da manhã péssimo, atendimento ruim, desorganizado.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service my wife and I received during our recent stay at your hotel.

The staff were outstanding, demonstrating great respect and kindness. I was particularly impressed by their efficiency; any issues we encountered were addressed immediately. If a direct fix was not possible, the team ensured we were well taken care of through alternative solutions.

I would also like to specifically commend the Manager, Tracy. She was incredibly friendly and professional, and she stands out as one of the finest managers we have encountered in our extensive travels.

We thoroughly enjoyed the quiet location and would highly recommend the breakfast service to other guests. This has certainly become our hotel of choice whenever we visit Washington, D.C.

Cons:

I only had 1 issue with my a/c in my room but they had someone there quickly to try and fix it and when it wasnt able to be fixxed they had made sure my family was happy.

The parking is a bit expensive but thats how it is in DC

Pros:

Their breakfast was great as they have a lot of choices. The front desk, I think it was Tanya, was accommodating and helpful as well as her manager. We also like that the parking fee is an in and out fee. And their garage have its own access to the rooms.

Cons:

1 staff from the breakfast was not very happy with a request of a yogurt. Hopefully, she had a better day after the breakfast was done.
