The ridiculous coffee machine in my room
Parking was expensive for our 2 nights stay also they gave us one towel even tho there was 2 of us

Amazing gym and pool facilities, Perfect for a work out. Super friendly staff, Especially Jon who always helps me out
Firstly its clean. Secondly its near the M6 motorway. That's it!
Checking desk is electronic, nobody seems to understand it. There's staff available to help so why not just have a check in desk - greed.
Disabled parking, plenty of it but its taken up fully and only one blue badge on display- staff couldn't give a toss.
Huge carpark but even staying residents charged £10.00 to park - greed
No nearby restaurants. Shame £30.50 for a basic mixed grill.
Wing starters £18.00 - greed.
No A/C - greed
There's plenty of better value for money places to stop nearby. Unless you have no alternative, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.
The rooms were clean, and bar was ok
The beds were too high had to jump to get in them and I'm 5ft5in and they were hard mattresses.
Also it's disgusting customers that have paid to stay in the hotel have to pay to park!

The room was extremely hot. Radiator wasn't on just a very warm weekend, would have been nice to have a fan or the option to have one
