Room was so dark even with all the lights on. I was in room 135 and the music from the event below was very noisy until 1.30 am so couldnt sleep. I also dont like the self check in it felt there was a lack of a friendly personal touch.

The bed is not comfortable . The fire alarm that came on very early in the morning and disrupted my sleep
I always stay at the village for the last three years nearly every 6-8 weeks for work etc however for the first time I got the dates wrong to change my stay for one night it cost me £200 an additional £100 this is a lot of money for a basic small room I was disappointed
