After the attempt to over charge me, it was a decent stay
Pros:

When I booked directly online, I was given a total price, once I arrived at check in , the total quoted to me was $70 more!! Was told to call customer service, spoke with an amazing woman who advised that the hotel had made charges "upgrade " to my room 10 minutes ago!! I advised her I didnt got agree or request an upgrade. She called the hotel directly while I was standing there and told them they had to honor the price I was given online and that she saw where they had made a change 10 minutes prior !! The hotel made the change and honored the price that was on my reservation. Other than that our stay was good, minus the ants in our room.

A restful place to stay!

Dog kennel value at Best Western prices!
Pros:

I just stayed 1 night, and didn't have much interaction with the management. The overall experience was lackluster to say the least. I felt like the room was awful. Bare dirty floors ( no carpeting), beetles crawling on the floor. None of the USB ports were working properly, and there weren't enough available electric outlets to charge 2 cell phones at the same time. There was a window shade that kept people on the outside from seeing in. But there were no drapes or curtains for aesthetic appeal. There wasn't even a real bedspread on the bed. They used a sheet turned sideways for the bedspread. The water in the indoor pool looked cloudy and nasty. I had no desire to get into it. I felt like the room was far beneath Motel 6 standards, let alone Best Western Plus standards. It was definitely a poor value.

Nice stay at this hotel
Pros:

We stayed here for one night. Check in was super quick and easy. The hotel was nice, clean and well kept. Our room was a nice size and the bed was comfy. We didn’t have breakfast so I can’t comment on it.

I’d highly recommend this hotel.

Wouldn’t stay again mainly due to rude staff

Rooms look NOTHING like photos they have posted online and on booking.com. I said something to front desk about it and he was just argumentative and rude. Obviously didn’t care
