Pros:

That its close to everything. There is a BP across the road and on the otherside a small shopping centre that has everything you need for a stay. They also have a resturant next to the Hotel that can deliever to the rooms.

Convenient location for our visit to the Athletics National Championships. Had what we needed.

Great location for what we needed.

Cons:

Mattress in the main bedroom was in need of replacement.
A few more pegs in the peg basket would have been nice. There is a full size washing machine but only about 20 pegs.
