Nice hotel in a nice area
Pros:

A nice clean modern hotel

A little bit out from the center of town, but it wasn’t a problem

El personal y el servicio de desayuno.

Cons:

Reservé tres habitaciones dobles y en una de ellas el colchón estaba hundido. Pedimos cambio de colchón o de habitación y no hicieron caso. Tuvo que venir la misma chica de recepción a cambiar el colchón y hacer la cama.
Utilizamos también el aparcamiento del hotel, tenemos coche eléctrico, creo que hoy en día es muy necesario que dispongan de cargadores eléctricos.

Carino, ottima camera, ottima colazione! Accoglienza e info turistiche scarse.
Pros:

Hotel facilmente raggiungibile a qualche km dal centro, una bella passeggiata.
La camera spaziosa, bagno altrettanto, pulita e accessoriata. Letto grande e comodissimo, scelta cuscini.
Colazione varia e ricca, con prodotti del territorio. Churros, pane con gazpacho top, personale della colazione gentilissimo e sorridente!

Cons:

Siamo arrivati in macchina e il check in è stato un po lento, circa 40 min di attesa.
Siamo arrivati la sera e in accettazione c’era un ragazzo, molto serio e un pò occupato a gestire chiamate, non ci ha degnato di uno sguardo ed è rimasto fisso sullo schermo, sicuramente è un grande hotel ma un po di accoglienza e dimostrare interesse fanno sentire il cliente benvenuto. Abbiamo chiesto dove poter cenare nei dintorni o un consiglio di dove poter rifocillarci e ci è stato risposto che vicino all’hotel non c’era nulla e non ci è stata data un’alternativa, o informazioni turistiche sulla città. Rispetto a questo punto c’è da migliorare specialmente per i clienti che non soggiornano per lavoro ma per svago. Più info, cartine della città, consigli, convenzioni e così via.

Muy funcional y agradable.El aire acondicionado.Las amenities muy bien.El personal muy agradable y profesional.

Cons:

No está en el centro,pero nada que un buen autobús o una buena bici no puedan solucionar.
Muy adecuado,no obstante,para los que vayan a la estación de tren o autobús.
