Pros:

The hotel was in a good location

Cons:

The hotel was right next to a club and was almost impossible to sleep all night. The room was so tiny that I could barely open my suit case. Smaller than what you see in the pictures. Very old style and the decorations around were not the greatest.

My partner and I checked out early because we couldn't sleep and we were getting a bit claustrophobic.

Foarte murdară

Cons:

Foarte murdară. Personală nu știa deloc engleză. Mic dejun foarte prost. Căldură în tot hotelul. Abia în ultima zi ne-au dat a doua cartelă să putem lăsa aerul pornit. Tot mobilierul rupt. Camerele foarte mici.

I enjoyed and it was affordable
Pros:

I was happy with the all staff who worked there and the location was perfect, it was very close to city centre and was so handy to reach other places.

Cons:

The things which I didn’t like that, was the space of the inside each room, rooms were very small for 3 persons and we didn’t have enough room to put other stuff. The other thing was the breakfast, it was the same things for every day and there were not any other variations like fruits, different bread or portions.

Pros:

Мы с дочерью уже второй год подряд останавливаемся в этом отеле, и это говорит само за себя. Нам здесь очень нравится!
Самое главное преимущество — идеальное расположение. Отель находится прямо в центре улицы Истикляль, поэтому всё необходимое находится буквально в нескольких шагах: магазины, кафе, рестораны и транспорт.
Персонал просто замечательный! Все очень доброжелательные, внимательные и всегда готовы помочь. Сотрудники говорят на турецком, английском и русском языках, поэтому никаких проблем с общением у нас ни разу не возникло.
Номера чистые, уборка проводилась каждый день, полотенца меняли регулярно. Завтраки хорошие, всё вкусно и всегда можно выбрать что-то на свой вкус.
В этом году мы бронировали стандартный номер, но нам бесплатно сделали апгрейд и поселили в номер с большим балконом и великолепным видом на Босфор. Это было очень приятно и стало настоящим сюрпризом!
В прошлом году мы жили в номере на седьмом этаже с собственной огромной террасой. Она была настолько большой, что казалась размером почти с футбольное поле! Эти воспоминания останутся с нами надолго.
Спасибо всей команде отеля за тёплый приём и прекрасный отдых. Мы обязательно постараемся вернуться сюда снова в следующем году. Искренне рекомендуем этот отель всем, кто планирует поездку в Стамбул!

Kedves személyzet

Cons:

Sajnos nem néztem utána foglaláskor, hogy egy bulinegyed közepére foglalok, nagyon hangos zene ment egész éjjel minden nap. Falak nagyon rossz àllapotban voltak, takarítás csak felületes.

Everything is great, just remove garage from the description

The hotel is at the best location in the city.

Cons:

In their description on booking is stated that there is a garage. In fact, they don’t have neither the garage neither the parking. They recommend one of the local parking places. I payed almost 60% of my stay for 2 days of parking.
