Estancia casi perfecta en ciudad perfecta
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta y el personal es muy atento y amable. Nos recibió Yilmaz y es encantador, además del resto de personal.

Cons:

Hay un poco de ruido exterior, pero el hotel no puede hacer nada al respecto.

Останавливались в этом отеле во время поездки в Стамбул.

Выбирали его в первую очередь из-за расположения и стоимости. Для нас было важно жить в районе Таксим, недалеко от улицы Истикляль, где сосредоточена основная туристическая и вечерняя жизнь города. Расположение оказалось отличным — отель находится буквально за углом от Истикляля, поэтому до большинства интересных мест можно дойти пешком.

Брали номер с балконом и видом на море. Вид был скорее частичным, но море действительно было видно, что приятно.

В стоимость были включены завтраки, но мы ими не пользовались, поэтому оценить их не можем.

Отдельно хочется отметить работу персонала. Мы прилетели в Стамбул рано утром, около 8:00, после ночного перелета были очень уставшими. Несмотря на то что официальное время заселения было позже, сотрудники сами предложили заселить нас сразу по приезде. Мы даже не просили об этом отдельно. За такое отношение и заботу огромное спасибо — это было очень ценно.

Wi-Fi в отеле есть и работает стабильно, но скорость довольно низкая. Для базовых задач его хватает, но для работы или видеозвонков может быть недостаточно.

В целом это хороший вариант за свои деньги: отличное расположение, доброжелательный персонал и комфортное проживание без лишних ожиданий. Если для вас главное — жить рядом с Истиклялем и Таксимом, то отель можно смело рассматривать.

Cons:

Нас поселили в номер 501, не скажу что он был как на фото.

Самый главный недостаток это расположение клубов под окном с громкой музыкой, а в силу плохой звукоизоляции заснуть ранее двух-трех часов ночи не получится.

Номер был достаточно чистый, но ремонта не было давно, «волосатые стены», старая мебель, кривая прикроватная тумба, изголовье кровати которые отходит от стены, ванная комната со сломанной мыльницей и не удобно расположенным туалетом.

I absolutely loved this hotel! From the moment I checked in, everything was wonderful.
I was pleasantly surprised when I received a complimentary upgrade to a room with a sea view. The entire staff was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. They were always ready to assist me with any question or request.
As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay. Everyone treated me with genuine care and kindness, which made my experience even more special.
The rooms were cleaned every day, and even when I was late for breakfast, nobody ever complained. The staff always welcomed me warmly and made sure I could still enjoy a delicious breakfast. They were also happy to offer me tea or coffee at any time.

Please, add juice or Joghurt for breakfast and it will be great.
Pros:

Hospitable staff, good location, nice view. Close to city ​​attractions and embankment. The breakfast is good.

Cons:

Loud music in the night, many bars around. When you walk kilometers all day around Stambul this doesn’t matter too much. But this is not a place for quiet rest.

Zentrale Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Der Inhaber war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend

Leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Schimmel in der Duschkabine. Das frühstückspersonal lümmelte lieber in der Sitzecke am Handy statt das Frühstück zu reichen…

Od cega krenuti?
Do hotela se ne Moze doci vozilom, u lift stane samo jedna osoba, da bi dosli do sobe morate proci kroz bučni kafic, a isli smo sa djetetom i bebom, soba je u biti dugi hodnik, poprilicno prljava i zastarjela, krevet je skripao, kupatilo nije kupatilo zatvoreno nego je sve otvoreno imaju samo providna vrata, tepisi su prljavi, prozori pokvareni pa se sve sa ulice cuje a ima kafana ispod, dorucak ispod prosjeka
