Awesome hotel-and wow that valet!
Pros:

The hotel is amazing. the food, the rooftop, the thoughtful story and design touches throughout the building. It’s clean and well appointed. We were specifically impressed with the valet. There were a lot of cars. It was a busy night. Rene and Matthew were kind, hospitable, efficient, fast and nailed the service of it all.

What a fun way to put us in the middle of things!
Pros:

First trip to San Diego and we Loved every minute! Staying in the Gaslamp District at this hotel put us very close to ballpark, and walking distance to most everything. Quick Ubers too. Very casual, great customer service and very quiet.

5 o'clock somewhere.... I would come back
Pros:

This was amazing . Travis and Brett made our vacation even better. We couldn't get ourselves out of the 5 o'clock somewhere bar. This was a great experience in a perfect location. The rooms were clean and very comfy. The only thing that could made better was the cherry in the old fashion and the big screen after 5 pm. I would totally stay here again.

It was clean and in a good location, and the food was good.

Cons:

You can hear everything in the hallway because there are large gaps around the door. Be prepared to wake up around 7 a.m. every morning. We stayed for a week, and it was very difficult to sleep. Parking very expensive. No fridge in the room

Stayed here for the first time and I loved everything! They have a restaurant and bar connected to the lobby. You can also watch live music! The pool deck is phenomenal! They have a whole lounge area at the pool where you can order food as well as a bar. You also get text messages when there is live entertainment.

Great local vibe! Fun in the sun!
Pros:

Staycation with a cool vibe and dog friendly! Enjoyed celebrating our anniversary on the roof top with friends and family and then stayed at the hotel to enjoy the other amenities - pool and the local gas lamp district fun! So nice to bring our dog too. Comfortable and fun atmosphere and the employees were so nice! Loved the welcome margarita sample and Thomas took care of us on the rooftop. We even played a bit of cornhole! It was a great getaway - love San Diego!
