Margaritaville Hotel San Diego Gaslamp Quarter

Rooms were great! Service was top notch! Levon at the front desk was so helpful, really next level! And at the pool- Isabella was the best! We had the pleasure of having her as our server for two days (one cabana day for my besties birthday and one just in general) and both days she was great! Will definitely book again!

Manny and Matt were very charismatic and hard working.

The vibe was fun, the hotel was clean, the staff was helpful- especially Matt and Manny.

I want to say that the customer service is outstanding at this hotel. I initially met the front desk concierge, Anna, and she was lovely. Very professional and friendly. She was very informative and answered all my questions about parking. I was working late but she made sure to call me update me on the status of my reservation and let me know that Adam would take care of me when I returned to the hotel after work, which he did. Adam was very nice and I appreciated the pass down and not being forgotten. Adam also helped me get a remote that was missing from my room really quick. I would also like to say thank you to Valet, especially Jordan, he is super friendly and got my car out very quickly. Thank you to the staff at Margaritaville SD Gaslamp for making my stay a wonderful one.

Super hôtel

Room was great. Good size, comfortable bed and pillows, clean.

Staff were friendly, and yup can’t beat the location. Walked to the concert.

I liked that our room overlooked the beautiful pool, which was soundproof. Couldn't hear any noise from the outside.
Our room was very roomy and spotlessly clean. Given 2 complimentary bottles of water plus a $30 credit upon check-in to use at their restaurant downstairs. Comfortable beds. I'd definitely stay here again.

Thomas was our server at 5 o’clock Somewhere Rooftop bar and he was so great! He offered great service and was friendly :) great bar with good vibes, too!

Sat at the bar to watch the World Cup and the star of the show ended up being Gilbert! His infectious smile and amazing energy was a total vibe. Top tier service and entertainment 10/10 would recommend!

Gilbert and Estevan made the whole experience worth it and enjoyable to watch the World Cup final.

Came to the restaurant and Gilbert and Estevan were INCREDIBLE. Best service and very attentive. Will definitely come back again. Excellent service and great time. Make sure to ask for them.

Gilbert and Esteban were amazing!!! We came here for food and the World Cup. We sat at the bar and they were literally the best bartenders. Fun and made the drinks tasty. Thank you will definitely be coming back !

Our yoga class was canceled last minute, but Gilbert made the experience so much better! He was incredibly kind and attentive, offered us a complimentary mimosa, and provided fast, friendly service. Thanks, Gilbert, for turning a disappointing situation into a great experience!✨

Writing this review after staying at a different hotel in San Diego and kicking myself for not just booking margaritaville. Everyone is SO nice. Shout out especially to the valet guys. I’m in and out a lot and they don’t mind at all! They’re so quick, efficient, kind, and helpful. Front desk staff is helpful too. My last stay there needed to be price adjustments and they did so easily and were kind. (Current hotel makes it seem like I’m annoying staff to do their actual job). The hotel food is ok. Nothing great, but tons of options within walking distance. Rooms are clean and very cute. Air works great. Definitely my go to for San Diego stays.
