A pleasant, humerous stay.
Pros:

A very convenient room. Cheerful, knowledgable staff and a lovely evening meal. The lady serving the meals was cheerful, helpful and responded to our little jokes and those of another table very well. What a great mealtime experience.

Cons:

For an old guy like me it was a difficult walk to the city centre but that's not the hotel's fault and there were some lovely walks around the area.

Pros:

Schönes Hotel in exponierter Hügellage, fußläufig zur Stadt Illertissen. Das Personal im Restaurant und auf der Etage war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Bei Ankunft war die Dame an der Rezeption am Telefon und hat uns acht Minuten warten lassen, nur um sich beim Telefonpartner über ihren stressigen Arbeitstag zu beklagen, was sie alles geschafft hat und was sie nicht mehr schaffen konnte. Dann hat sie uns, während sie weiter telefoniert hat, wortlos den Anmeldebogen auf den Tresen gelegt und mit dem Kugelschreiber auf die Felder gedeutet, die ausgefüllt und unterschrieben werden sollten. Im Anschluss hat sie auf die Frühstückszeiten gedeutet, uns den Schlüssel ausgehändigt und zur Treppe und nach oben gedeutet. Hier empfiehlt sich eine Schulung, um solch geschäftsschädigendes Verhalten abzustellen. Aber bei so viel Ignoranz ....?

Reeds de 4de keer in dit hotel: de eerste 3 keer zeer tevreden, nu niet.
Pros:

Kamer en ontbijt OK

Cons:

Avondeten in restaurant:
We vroegen 7u (19.OO u) maar dat kon niet want er waren maar 3tafels aangevraagd.

Voor- en hoofdgerecht veel te snel na elkaar: 2personen nog niet klaar met voorgerecht en het hoofdgerecht van die 2 anderen werd al op tafel gebracht.

Steaks helemaal doorbakken ook al werd medium gevraagd.

Prima voor een tussenstop als je op vakantie gaat met een gezin!
Pros:

Locatie was top, van de snelweg af en je bent er bijna! Dichtbij centrum waar je van alles hebt.

Cons:

Was best warm, wel mobiele airco’s om te gebruiken.
