Goed hotel aardig personeel. Maar slechte leiding

De gunstige ligging

Cons:

De bedrijfsleider. Ik heb 2x gevraagd om in te checken wat niet gebeurd is. Onze dochters wilde ons met een attentie verrassen dat is niet gelukt omdat niet bekend was wie wij waren.
Pas toen we de sleutel inleverde op de dag van vertrek kwam hij er achter wie wij waren. Deparkeerplaats van het hotel ligt ongeveer 500 meter verderop

Sauberkeit

Cons:

Einzelzimmer mit sehr schmalem Bett, höchstens 80cm breite sehr weiche Matratze, Zimmer nach hinten direkt am Abzug von der Küche, und dem Standort der Mülleimern, die spät nachts mit Glas etc. Befüllt werden und permanentem Geräusch von Kühl/ Lüftungsanlage.
Frage nach Möglichkeit das Zimmer zu wechseln blieb unbeantwortet.

De kamer was heel klein, uitzicht op zijkant buurhuis.
Ontbijt was gericht op Duitsers, jammer ook geen eieren. Elke dag hetzelfde.
Voor diner waren er 4 keuzes, steeds dezelfde.

Es war ok!
Pros:

Am besten hat uns gefallen, dass das Hotel direkt in der Stadt liegt. Eine Mitarbeiterin vom Frühstück war am freundlichsten. Die war am ersten und am letzten Tag morgens früh vor Ort. Das Bett war auch ganz bequem.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen hat uns das der Parkplatz ziemlich weit entfernt ist und es so gut wie nie einen freien Parkplatz gab. 2 Tage habe ich dann bei Freunden geparkt. Die Hotelzimmer sind in die Jahre bekommen und es fehlt im Sommer definitiv eine Klimaanlage. Das Zimmer wurde schnell ziemlich warm. Der Wasserdruck im Bad war zu wenig um sich richtig die Haare waschen zu können. Als wir ankamen war der Kühlschrank defekt und der wurde dann zum Glück einen Tag später ausgetauscht. Das Frühstück war so la la. Wir haben gehört für auswärtige hätte es 18,50 € gekostet. Das wäre es nicht wert gewesen. Das Buffet wurde nur mäßig aufgefüllt außer von der freundlichen Dame die am Anfang um am Ende Dienst hatte. Die war immer schnell mit dem auffüllen. Die andere Dame hat nur gestöhnt. Das Obst war immer außer einen Apfel leer. Die Croissants leer. Leider gab es auch kein Rühr- oder Spiegelei. Die Joghurts wurden auch nicht nachgefüllt. Sehr schade. Alles in allem war es ok. Wir kommen seit 38 Jahren nach Domburg und waren das erste Mal in diesem Hotel. Von den anderen Hotels sind wir anscheinend etwas verwöhnt worden und da kostet das Frühstück weniger und bietet mehr !
