Saunabereich war gut

Again in a heartbeat!
Pros:

We aren’t really Best Western clients. But because of the proximity to our location in Hamburg we booked this one. And it was honestly a VERY pleasant surprise! should we come to Hamburg again we would only book this Hotel! Most impressed!

Cons:

There was nothing in the three nights that we spent here that was a negative.

Wenn wir das nächste Mal in Hamburg sind, kommen wir gerne wieder.
Pros:

Sehr gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück, aufmerksames freundliches Personal, ruhiges und sehr sauberes Zimmer, sehr guter Zimmerservice, was braucht man mehr.

Cons:

Leider liegt das Hotel etwas außerhalb aber es war sehr gut über die Öffis zu erreichen, so das es für uns kein Problem war jederzeit überall hinzugelangen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war sehr gut, mit einer super Auswahl, auch für Veganer.

Cons:

Die Zimmerausstattung im Verhältnis zum Preis. Für den Preis hatte ich mir schon eine Kaffeemaschine, Hausschuhe und mehr Pflegeprodukte, wie z.B. Haarpflege und Bodylotion gewünscht, sowie einer Flasche Wasser ohne Aufpreis.
