Pros:

كل شئ جميل وممتاز وطاقم الهاوس كيبنج رائعين وخصوصا نور الامين وشبوز وخالص الشكر للاستاذ محمد بركات كان حريصا على خدمة جميع النزلاء ورعايتهم بصراحة خدمة فاخرة جدا والحمد لله عمرة ميسرة

Pros:

Good experience overall the hotel and room was clean and tidy the furniture nice however if they will add chairs in the room that will be good. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful, room service was excellent and Mr. Nurul Amin provided outstanding service.

Cons:

The only issue is not specific to the hotel but applies to most hotels in that area is the walk to Haram it’s difficult especially for elderly people as the road includes uphill and downhill sections other than that everything was good

نظافة الغرفة و ترتيبها

Cons:

ليس قريب جداً لكن في ايام المواسم يعتبر خيار جيد بالنسبة للسعر و القرب لا يصلح ل كبار العمر
