primero esta super lejos, se tiene que subir una empinada muy fea, realmente esta muy fea la ubicacion, segundo no tienen alimentos, tercero cuando hice la reserva no ponia opciones de balcon, pense que todas las habitaciones tenian balcon y no, nos pusieron en un cuarto si limpio, pero apenas para pasar la noche, la television se veia horrible y cuando les dije, me dijeron pues asi se ve????????, jamas me volveria a hospedar ahi,

que dijeran que para llegar caminando estaba muy pesado, como me dijeron que estaba a 10 minutos del reloj, lo hice y me arrepenti, que no tuvieran alimentos y que no pongan opciones de balcon cuando se hace la reserva, ademas su tv, se ve horrible

No me gustó al grado de que no me quedé.

Lamentablemente llegué al hotel y no es tal cual la descripción, en ella la habitación que reservé literal viene "Vista a la montaña" mi habitación tiene vista a una construcción horrible a un costado (adjunto foto) y no la tiene hacia el cañón, no quiero esta habitación y no me quisieron cambiar. Había agua tirada en el piso y olía mal.
Reclamé, y estuvo tan mal al grado de que no me quedé y tuve que recorrer a booking para cancelar y que me devolvieran el dinero, aún así se quedaron una parte. Una estafa total.

TIENEN VARIOS LETREROS QUE DICEN QUE SI MANCHAS UNA TOALLA TE LA COBRARAN, Y AL DESDOBLAR LAS QUE NOS DEJARON ESTABAN MANCHADAS. OBVIO NO VOLVERIA

La habitación era amplia, tenia excelentes cobijas, pero las camas se sentían un poco viejas.

Cons:

Reservé una habitación con balcón, en la imagen se mostraba que estaba en frente de la barrancas, sin embargo la habitación que nos asignaron tenía un balcón muy pequeñito qué daba a los vecinos, si se veía el paisaje pero en realidad no se apreciaba tanto.
