Categories

Cleanliness
8.9
Generally praised as very clean and exceptionally maintained in multiple reviews, with one isolated report of a dirty/malodorous mattress that was replaced on request.
Service
9.3
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful, professional and efficient; a few operational lapses noted (misinformation about local events and breakfast booking) but overall service is a strong positive.
Location
9.2
Location is frequently called brilliant/central and close to the station and town amenities; proximity to Dublin and transport is a consistent strength.
Room Quality
6.9
Mixed feedback: comfortable beds cited, but many guests found rooms fairly small, sometimes extremely warm (AC/fan issues, noisy external fans), dated decor in places and occasional supply/room-allocation problems.
Amenities
9.1
Pools, spa, jacuzzi, sauna and other facilities receive high praise and are highlighted as a major positive; some minor negatives around parking availability/charges.
Value for Money
7.6
Perceived as good value for facilities and location by many, but several guests reported disappointing surprises around breakfast pricing/booking and parking which reduced perceived value.
Food and Beverage
9.2
Food and breakfast receive strong positive remarks ('excellent', 'great choices'); some comments about limited regional items and lack of true espresso but overall very favorable.
Overall Experience
7.8
Most stays described as enjoyable, relaxed and excellent due to staff, location and facilities; however, recurring issues with room comfort (heat/size), occasional cleanliness and operational hiccups (breakfast/room allocation) temper the overall score.

还可以、就是没想到房间的窗子那么小。
Pros:

早餐品种较多、服务员会主动询问是否需要咖啡。

Cons:

房间里如果有冰箱、洗漱用品能每日更新、不出现没有浴液的情况就更好了。

Pros:

Really friendly staff, particularly towards the kids

Cons:

The restaurant was a bit cramped for breakfast. The dining area was a bit small for a family hotel. But the food was really good.
If I could suggest a bar menu with sandwiches or toasted sandwiches on same. A lot of families arrived at the same time after a day out in Emerald Park and all that was required was some sort of sandwich or small snack to keep the kids happy before bed time.

Excellent peaceful stay in a central location
Pros:

Leisure centre, bar, restaurant and cafe on site, proximity to the town centre and to the university

Cons:

Pity that the leisure centre hours are more restricted at the weekend, which meant I personally couldn’t profit from them on the second night
