Ótimo point pra turistada na Puerta del Sol
Pros:

Localização top, sem barulho da rua, banheiro espaçoso e cama boa. Limpo. Tamanho do quarto OK.

Cons:

Ar condicionado ruim e barulhento no quarto 512, mal projetado. Box vazou agua no primeiro dia, depois arrumaram o ralo.

I had an amazing stay at Petit Palace Puerta del Sol! The standout features of my experience were definitely the location and the incredible staff. The location is beyond perfect. It is just steps away from Puerta del Sol and within easy walking distance of major underground and bus stations, making everything super accessible.

However, the staff truly made my stay extra special. Caroline was absolutely wonderful—she made the check-in and check-out process incredibly smooth. She even went the extra mile to help me tweak my Madrid itinerary, suggesting a couple of hidden gems, including an amazing spot for local artists' work. I also want to give a special shout-out to the morning shift intern (whose name I unfortunately forgot!). I can't thank them enough for making my time in Madrid unforgettable.

Cons:

The location was a bit tricky to explain to the taxi driver specially that it's in a pedestrian area. However, that didn't impact my stay in a negative way at all.

Nicely modernized room and hotel with friendly, helpful staff right in the centre of Madrid.
Cons:

Pillows are very thin.
Air con was not working properly when we arrived but they fixed it the first day that we complained.
For those with mobility issues, the hotel is in a pedestrian only area so you must walk your luggage a couple of blocks to get to it. No issue for us though.

The staff were so nice and gave recommendations for some nice places to go.
Pros:

There were bunk beds and a queen size bed,an electric tea kettle that didn't seem to work. It was also kind of crowded and In a plaza.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Madrid
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location couldn’t be better. Just a one-minute walk from Puerta del Sol and within easy reach of everything Madrid has to offer.
The hotel was extremely clean, and the rooms felt modern, fresh, and newly renovated. We felt very comfortable during our stay and truly enjoyed the experience. I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Madrid and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
A special thank you to Leo and Raquel for their kindness, warm smiles, and all their help during our stay. They made our experience even more enjoyable.
