Pros:

Location, location, location. This hotel sits right on the Puerto del Sol. And it that's all you're looking for, it's a great place to stay.
But, it comes with several drawbacks. First and foremost is noise. The Puerto del Sol is a lively place, often very busy until the early hours of the morning. That means crowd noise, barking dogs, and the occasional siren. All of which makes it's way into the room. And the bells from the nearby churches and there can be quite the cacophony.
The interior of the hotel isn't all that quiet either. Slamming doors, loud talkers, and elephants in the room above. All come in through to your room.
The hotel staff, depending on who you get, didn't seem terribly helpful or interested in being helpful. There were a few exceptions, especially the night staff.

Bottom line: if you're looking for location, stay here. If you're looking for something quiet, stay someplace else.

Ótima localização, quarto limpo, apesar de ficar em um lugar bem movimentado, o barulho não foi incômodo. Café da manhã atendeu as expectativas.

In the heat of summer the hotel would not let you lower the air condition any lower then 77 degrees. If you like sweating while lying in bed, come to this place

Mindennap kérés nélkül takarítás, tiszta törölköző.
A reptérre kért taxi jó lehetőség, a sofőr pontos és udvarias volt.
